will be at work all day and canot login but i would liek to see the prices the connie is going for throughout the day so can someone keep us updated what the connie is going for on the exchange or in auction chat or whatever?
Little known fact is that Noah build two arks, one for his family and all the harmless animals like elephants and lions and so on, and the second with all the dangerous ones, like Kangaroos, deadly spiders and so on. He lost the second ark during a storm however, and since he didn't want to admit he lost so many of god's creations, this was never written down. The second ark however didn't sink, and when the flood ended, the animals found themselves on a huge island, seperated from the rest of the world.

In the trading channel I saw a wtb offer for the connie at 0,8 billion EC and a wts offer at 1,2 billion EC yesterday. --> A trade price of 1 billion EC seems "realistic" for this ship at the moment.

And what are the prices on the ROM and KDF ships? You hear almost nothing about them.
Haven’t heard and seen any either. My estimate is that both factions suffer from a lack of interest far lower than generally suspected. For the box "trade" it does not matter by the way as it is an "universal box" this time where all 3 ships are in. Still, I didn't see any kdf/rom ships flying around in PvE.
If I throw in the fact how few game wide announcements I saw when I was on yesterday and compare it to the ones short after the Kelvin lock box release I really begin to feel that this promo is not that successful at all.
True, I was only on for 2 hours yesterday but still.

IIRC, the "Universal" Box itself cannot be traded, only the specific ship box. Which could be a really big deal for the Exchange - who'd risk selling a Romulan ship when he knows he could definitly sell the Connie?
(Now the in-game sellers know how it feels for Cryptic...)

Actually interest in both is quite high, but after the price tags on the d4x and T'laru most just resigned themselves to not being able to ever get it.
Yeah, this is looking like a huge goof on Cryptic's part. This entire TOS focus has been one gaffe and blunder after another. The micro faction that people hate and aren't playing. The lack of KDF and Romulan content for the 23rd century zone. The all too short a time people spend in that zone. The lack of any way to get back to that zone.
The use of lockboxes to supplement sales of the content is a sign that the AoY "pack" must have been terrible.
Then look at the lack of popularity with the two boxes. The Kelvin stuff was lackluster outside of the lens flare tribble. The fan base has been saying for years that they hate everything to do with JJ Abrams movies, and it needs to stay far away from STO. Looking at the reaction to the Kelvin lockbox, message received!
And now we've got this Anniversary Promotional Lockbox throwing three ships that again, the fans and players have railed against for years. No one wanted these except a group of tiny, misinformed zealots who have zero understanding of how useless these ships truly are in the 25th century. There's zero interest in these ships, and the few threads about from people who now have them talk about how silly and overpowered they are. It's a ridiculous tarnish on the good name of Cryptic to have been so heavy handed with this kind of cash grab. And it's blowing up in their face, as we see on the forums.
I fully expect with the increase in threads like this for the price to bottom out and the market for this "silly" ship to crash. People need to scramble now and sell em while they have em before they get hosed by the lack of popularity that this tragic anachronism represents.
