Stuck in battle of Caleb IV, Spoiler?

in Star Trek Online General Discussion
First of all sorry if it is not the correct forum to ask. I just finished the Battle of Caleb IV episode, appearing at Earth Spacedock in 25th century. I have to speak with the Logistics Officer but don't know where to find him. Any help? Thanks in advance
