New Romulus red alerts

Almost nobody can be found on NR nowadays and these red alerts almost always fail because they were set for 10+ people participating. That was great when LoR launched and the place was packed, but now when you're lucky to see 2 or 3 other players it's not really possible to complete these. Just today there were 3 people killing Tholians for the whole red alert and we barely got to 40% before it timed out and failed.

The Kobali ground zone timed missions can usually be completed by 1 or 2 people if they really work at it so why haven't the missions on NR been updated so they're doable with just a couple people?
