Temporal Agent Barrett

Our Ensing Hunter (Daniels) is sometimes displayed with a different name:

First I thought they wanted to name him first Barrett instead of Hunter and decided against it because we already have Admiral Garrett who has a similar name.

But then I found a different Barrett:

So - maybe they did not know if they can get Matt Winston to voice Daniels and decided to use a completely new Agent? Or what do you think?

    That's not Mr. T with a gatling gun :P


    I haven't played my temp agent lately so I'm not quite sure what to make of this.

    ^Me thinks there is a confusion with Sgt. B.A. Baracus, but dont see how.

    There is no confusion. I was just making a dumb reference to FF7.

    I found out that Agent Barrett is the name of the account wide epic quality doff that you get when you reach rank 4 in every commendation on a temporal character (that is made within limited timed event going on). Last I heard, it's now only 6 to get the doff instead of all 11? If someone can confirm this I'd appreciate it.

    I'm guessing they just couldn't get Matt Winston to voice more lines than he already did. So they threw in a different npc for the role instead to fill in any blanks. Idk how often this Barrett guy appears. Like I said, I haven't been playing with my temp char lately. The screenshot where Daniels is called Barrett instead of Hunter is probably just a bug.

    It has always been 6 to Tier 4 to get Temporal Agent Barrett. My guess it was to show that the 31st Century Temporal Agents was more than just Daniels.

    Never saw those movies, expect Tokyo Drift, so it went over my head, oops.

    And yes, only 6 catagories of doffing, not all 11. Open your temporal transponder and hover your mouse above the reward for that last achievement, it will confirm.

    If you had to wait for Tier 4 for Colonial, Trade, and Recruitment we'd be here for another Year.

    What? Colonial is easy to get thanks to the clusters.

    Oh nevermind lol

    My bad on thinking it was all 11. I read the description wrong. Glad to know that it's always been 6.

    Yes, if you go to the Clusters, but it will be one of the latter ones to reach Tier 4. For many of the others, the CXP is falling out of the sky without having to go to specific locations other than Sector Space. And for new players, how many would gravitate towards Clusters, or even know about them for that matter?
