If your reach Commendation Rank 4 in any four Commendation Categories you receive 5 Very Rare Doffs. They are:
Akkum - Breen Conn Officer that reduces the recharge time for APB, APD, and APO by 15%. (Your very own Zemok).
Slinnis - Vorta Energy Weapons Officer that has a 1% chance to remove 3 random buffs on your target from Beams or Cannons.
Ivvix - Hirogen Maintenance Engineer that increases various effects for 20 seconds depending on Battery or Red Matter Capacitor used.
Aristotle Hawkings - Photonic M-A Specialist that gives a 20% chance that a Gravity Well will knock Targets Engines offline for 1 second.
Vorussta - Voth Tractor Beam Officer that changes TBR from push to pull. (Recruits get their very own bound very expensive Graga Mal).
Don't discount doing your Doffing with your Temporal Recruit.

Temporal Agent Barrett (Human Consultant) - +5% XP/Skillpoints and doesn't count toward the Consultant limit for Active Duty slots.

The main benefit with Barrett is that every character is guaranteed him while only the Temporal Agent can benefit from the purple Temporal Agent Doffs.
