Is there a cap on damage resistance debuff?

Is there a cap or diminishing returns on damage resistance debuff?

Such as APB+Gravewell. I know that they can stack such as multiple APB's but I was wondering if they capped out or if you bring a target to zero resistance does it start to add a negative resistance increasing damage?

    You can bring a target down to negative resistances = more damage. Last I heard It was -200 was the max.
    But ..at least with ApB its only for 5 seconds..
