Is there any kind of spreadsheet that lets you keep track of doff's so you can know what you have?

AFAIK not. The doff UI is a bit clumsy at the moment. Could do with an overhaul. As it is now, administration of your doff roster is not very comfortable.

There is DoffTrekker3, but I'm not sure if it's still being updated.
