TOS T6 Connie for 3 million dilithium?

Now that would actually sell in the dilithium store without much fuss. Even character bound. If Cryptic wants to add ridiculously priced dilithium stuff that sells, to the dilithium store as a sink, then get real with the items. Uniforms for 2 million - come on that is not a dilithium sink.

So list some items that you would pay 2 to 3 million dilithium for in the store.

1. Tos Connie for one - after getting the jjtrek stuff, nothing is impossible.

2. Some Borg ships? How about a Tac cube for 4 million dilithium?

    If the MACO uniform is 2 million, then a Constitution would have to be way more. At least 5 million.

    Costume for 550 zen is placed for 1-2 million in the dil store.

    A T6 ship for 3000 should be 5-10 million dil.​​

    Definitely would pay up to 4 million dilithium for a TOS connie - still priced not much above a lock-box one - so why not.

    Borg tac cube for dil? Hmmm, now you might be talking. It would take years and years, but i might be willing to save for it.

    But im horrible at dilithium. I dont grind for it anymore, no time, my only income is from events like crystaline event and likewise a and converting my monthly stipend. But i have a problem with converting $50-200 for a costume or ship, im smarter than that.

    Alas, ridiculously priced trinkets in a dil store will be a pipe dream and a tease for me.

    I wonder if people realize how many maps you'd be unable to access if you flew a Borg Cube/Enterprise J/etc.

    It bad enough that a lot of ships we currently have in game, in practice won't actually fit through the space dock doors in ESD, without bringing anything bigger in.

    If they want me to part with some of my ever growing dilithium pile, then I want something that I can consider value for money so to speak. As I posted in another thread, I've got a steadily growing collection of ships on my main, I'd spend Dilithium if I could unlock the admiralty cards for these ships on a permanent basis for other toons on my account. It'd be a worth while investment in my eyes.​​

    Actually even for single-character unlocks this is a really good suggestion for a new Dil sink. Lots of people would be willing to spend Dil on Admiralty cards alone.

    I'd also suggest they update the list of ships you can purchase with Dil, however, with the introduction of Tier 5/6 ships it seems their intent is for players to ONLY purchase ships with Zen moving forward.

    There hasn't be an update in the ships you can purchase with Dil since the introduction of Tier 5, after all.

    Based on the uniform prices, you missed a zero.

    T6 Connie in dil store would be 30,000,000 dilithium. That's right, thirty million dilithium.

    I just don't understand why they didn't put these uniforms in the C-Store. We have the 22nd Century Enterprise Uniform, 22nd Century Mirror Enterprise Uniform and the Wrath of Khan Uniform for 550 Zen. The Dilithium Store Uniforms are no different than these C-Store uniforms. Just variants that are worn by different crew members or for certain occasions. Now if the devs wanted to put these uniforms in the Dilithium Store, it should match the price of the C-Store uniforms. So a maximum of 275,000 Dilithium (550 Zen * 500 Dilithium per Zen). With a price of 275,000 Dilithium or less, far more people would be interested in the uniform compared to 2 million Dilithium. It only takes 8 people buying the uniform at 275,000 Dilithium to exceed the 2 million Dilithium price to deal with it being a Dilithium Sink.

    This would be good I think, or maybe 300k just to make it a nice even number. They could even expand it by allowing us to pay the same price to unlock Lobi uniforms on additional characters (on a per character basis).

    Now as I've said, once the next FE comes out I'll be buying the MACO uniform even if they don't change the price, but it really should be lower.

    Why stop there? Go for the gusto and set it at 1 billion dilithium.

    Actually that would be an awesome way to soak up all that Dilithium floating around. I'm sure some fo... err I mean someone would be willing to buy it for that.

    Yes I guess you guys are right 5 million dilithium or more could be charged for a TOS T6 Connie. That would be about 12,000 to 15,000 Zen for a single character unlock. Would suck a lot of dilithium out of the system.

    Not to slightly hijack the theme of the thing we've got going here, but has anyone else noted that a T6 TOS Connie thread has passed inspection? I know that the policing has been wordlessly lifted since AOY, but damn man. This one is like RIGHT on the nose T6 TOS CONNIE... See you guys in September!

    End Game Constitution Class ship
    The answer to the T5 connie ship has been a no for 4 years and that answer comes from CBS. Due to recent changes, the end game kelvin version of the constitution class has come about and as such, discussions can continue about it.

    30 million might be too high. I think that the character limit for refined is 10 million. So 10 million would be just fine IMO.

    5 million is still a lot - that would be more that $100 us for a character bound ship - more than most lockbox ships in the game - and it would suck a LOT of dilithium out of the system. If they made it 10 million then it should include both refined and unrefined - some people would really love that who have millions of unrefined that will never be used.

    I've never understood the "exclusivity" idea behind things like the event ships. IMO they should make those available after maybe 2 years for maybe 5m dil each. While they're at it, they should throw in some of those give away ships they've given to "loyal" players after some time.

    The one thing they need to do that might help this Dilithium Dilemma.Change the Dilithium to Fleet credits ratio.How many fleets have projects that sit with dilithium donations empty for sometimes months.
