Craftable Dil (old Lobi) consumables

Recently Lobi consumables were placed in the Dil store. I was quite excited for the change only to realize it was worst than it was before. Spending Lobi on a single use consumable was already bad, but spending an ENTIRE Dil refinement day (8.500 Dil) on a single use consumable, that lasts for 60 seconds is a outrage.
These consumables would do better in the R&D crafting window, Dil is much more important to players than Lobi, if nobody would buy these consumables before have a guess how many will now. They should be craftable with R&D materials only, ground consumables (specially) are almost useless and completely not worth a entire Dil refinement day.
