A button to contribute all needed resources to a project should be added.

    Kind of ambiguous. To exactly what are you referring to ??

    Reputation System ?? already defaults to required resources for each one needed..

    Fleet/Armada Projects ?? - Do you really want a "contribute all" for these ?? If an Upgrade requires 1.5mill dil, clicking "Contribute All" would have a non-player friendly result..

    Maybe a little more detail would be helpful from OP to figure out exactly what is wanted...
