Captain's database?

This has probably been asked and answered ages ago, but numerous google searches have come up empty.. There use to be a way to see your characters through the STO website, but I can't find it anymore, is it gone? If so, does anyone know why?

    It is indeed gone. It happened as a result of them switching over to being part of PerfectWorld's network. first they were on perfectworld.com, then when Arc launched, Arcgames became the website.

    You can still use gateway.
