Exactly when does summer event end? Time and date

The summer event 2016 says runs June 9th, to July 21. Does that mean it ends at midnight between 20-21, midnight between 21-22, or when the (Almost) weekly server shutdown happens? Would be nice to know, so I can plan accordingly as to if I need to squeeze a couple more hours in tonight, or can get the favors for DOFF's tomorrow... lol.

    July 21 just after the maintenance. So, basically just before the maintenance.

    As I write this, it ends in 17 hrs 45 min
