Getting location for chair sit down node

Hi,

I'm trying to make an objective for the player to sit down in a chair (by double right clicking). I though the best idea would be to put a place marker with 0 radius at the exact point of the chair's sit down mode. While testing the map I had my character sit in the chair and use "/loc", but it gave completely wrong coordinates...

Any ideas?

did you convert the coords from feet to meters?

Yeah /loc gives coords in feet, and the coords shown in the Foundry editor are in meters. It actually stores the data in feet apparently, but the UI shows the equivalent unit of meters.

Ahh, I'll do the conversion. I had no idea that feet were used... especially in the 25th century :D . I would guess that it's use came from the base version of the Cryptic Engine and was never changed. Archaic Imperial measurements....

the code was written by Americans.. what did you expect? The editor used to display in feet too.
