Mission "Hail" button is grayed out for "The Temporal Front"

I have a new lvl 60 AoY Capt and I am trying to finish out the Future Proof story. I just finished Time and Tide and the have the replay button available to me but the next mission in the series is The Temporal Front and the skip, transwarp, and hail buttons are all disabled. I have tried logging on with another toon and it is available. I've tried physically going to the contact and he doesn't offer the mission. I've tried contacting all other contacts and nothing seems to work. Am I missing something or have I uncovered a bug? Anyone else seeing this?

nevermind...just saw the patch notes for tomorrow. This is a bug.
