Vengeance Dreadnought - Animating The Deflector Armour

On the Vengeance Dreadnought, there's these little side panels which supposedly close up the deflector during combat. Would it be too much to animate them during such? If it requires too much to do so, I would understand. But if it only needs a tweak to do so, it would be pretty neat to see!

Be careful what you wish for, such things tend to bug out quite often and mess up the looks of the ship. Pretty much every ship that has moving parts has been hit by such bugsat one point.
The latest victim would be the risian luxury cruiser who's solar sails suddenly go in the wrong direction.
