Just wanted folks to know that apparently the AoY expansion release/patch did break a few things in the Foundry.
Thankfully they seem minor, but I thought I'd point out what I've run across so far. All of the ones I run across are FX related.
Space: NPC ship contacts now warp into their location no matter what (they used to fade into position if you used a trigger for them (invisible to visible).
The ship FX 'Leaking Ship' no longer works on NPC contact ships because of the above 'warp in' problem (I can see the FX starting as the ship warps in, but of course disappears as soon as the ship moves)
Ground: Low Gravity Volumes no longer have the cool 'bouncy' walking animation. It has defaulted to normal walking animation. Jumping however is still working with the character jumping higher than in a normal gravity area.
The NPC contact FX 'Float - unconscious' is no longer working at all.
I've placed this list in the bug reports sections as well. Feel free to add anything you may have run across that is broken since AoY went live.

Moving far away from and then towards ESD is pretty crazy too.
Anyway, on the animation front there appear to be some changes. Some stuff like Stand - Rifle now work but others seem to be having problems. Sit - Chair and the scanning space animation didn't play during my last test runs, but I don't know if these are consistently broken or just problematic (standing on chairs seems to be an occasional issue for cryptic content too.)
Notable missions: Apex [AEI], Gemini [SSF], Trident [AEI], Evolution's Smile [SSF], Transcendence

Anyone using the TOS interior may need to add a couple doors to the sickbay as they now lead out into open space.
"Critics who say that the optimistic utopia Star Trek depicted is now outmoded forget the cultural context that gave birth to it: Star Trek was not a manifestation of optimism when optimism was easy. Star Trek declared a hope for a future that nobody stuck in the present could believe in. For all our struggles today, we haven’t outgrown the need for stories like Star Trek. We need tales of optimism, of heroes, of courage and goodness now as much as we’ve ever needed them."
