TOS hanging tricorder.

Ok so when is this coming? NPC's have it and this a TOS exp so where is it?

    I assume you mean wearing one with the strap across one shoulder. I thought it odd we don't have the option.
    The effect already exists in game as one of the romulan chest strap options. Can't that be copied and pasted to the ToS/Fed branch?
    And it might be an artistic choice since it would not come off while you were using your tricorder unless it was scripted like a weapon. And it may not have the ability because of this.
