RISA fireworks?

I have only one more accloade to get master relaxer for the TOS toon but i can not find it any where. Spent 4 days now trying to get them I changed zones, left it for hours, and just never get it.

anyone tell me want i can do?

    They don't do the fireworks all the time - I got it by sheer luck by being there at local night on the docks (near the Flying High rep) - look for a lot of people gathered, and the fireworks will begin shortly.

    The fireworks are set off by the main Resort building over the dock area at around sundown. You will see a crowd of NPCs gathered to watch, sitting/standing on the docks...pointing at the sky.

    Though you can be anywhere in line of sight...even on the dance floor.
    I can not remember if it was before or after.... I think before.... the Trill and Klingon argue. ???

    Hmm...come to think of it....I have caught the Trill and Klingon arguing on the docks several times this year....but have not seen fireworks.

    This has been broken, before. And Cryptic has been "messing with" animations and graphics to the game. I wonder if this is broken, again. :( Don't take my word on that...I am not sure, someone else may have seen it.

    I would take your character and sit it on the docks on the straight away between the transporter pad and the "Flying High" Lady at around sundown and watch for it.

    I think the fireworks are supposed to start at 10pm (in game time). My AoY captain got the accolade while dancing.

    There is something wrong with the fireworks. I put in a bug report.
