Time and Tide Bug

Just replayed Time and Tide, and after the signing was disrupted by the Krenim, my boffs disappeared. Had to fend off all three waves myself, and my crew still wouldn't appear. They were still listed as being present, but they were nowhere to be found on the map and would not respond to movement commands.
