Annoying player Na'kuhl ship sound

Can we please somehow have the sound on player Na'Kuhl ships toned down or replaced? It's very loud, unpleasant sounding and repetitive. I speak as one who regularly flies a Na'Kuhl Daemosh. I like everything about the ship except for that extremely annoying sound! It's especially bad in sector space as no matter how far I zoom out it's still very loud and I just have to mute my sound if I don't want to hear it.
