New Foundry Assets with AoY

I'm compiling a list of all the new assets brought to the foundry with this update. If you've found something I missed, reply to this post!

Ship Contacts
  • "Dreadnought" - the U.S.S. Vengeance model. I couldn't seem to put the Vengeance skin onto it though
  • "Fed 23rd Century Frigate - Pioneer Class"
  • "Fed Vengeance Orb" - not sure what this is, but I think it's new. No model.
  • "Fed Original Series Enterprise" - this isn't new, but the model has been improved
  • "Kelvin Timeline Romulan Fighter"
  • "T'laru Intel Carrier Warbird" - from the Kelvin Timeline
Disappointingly, no KT Enterprise yet; and the Vengeance is incomplete without its skin.

Again, if anyone finds something new reply and I'll add it to the list. (Obviously there's probably more than I've found)

I believe they have the different badges for the 23rd Century Starfleet uniforms in the costume editor.

I wouldn't be surprised if some of those additions were accidental (ex. the stuff that doesn't work).

I was going through the list of objects in the Details tab yesterday, and I spotted a few things that I don't remember being there before, namely a few other TOS era consoles. I made a small list of them down below. Does anyone know if they were there before AOY or are new additions?

    Console - TOS Sickbay
Console - TOS Table Console L01
Console - TOS Table Console L02
Console - TOS Table Console L03
    Flying Buzzards
    FX - Dust 01
    Interact Sit Node
    Omega Molecule - Small
    Platform - Klingon Ship 01
    Roots - Caves 01
    Roots - Caves 02
    Roots - Caves 03

the sit node is directional.... the arrow needs to point to the character's right. Also it uses the sit-chair emote.

Yes, it has. I sometimes use it as a decoration on the ready room desk of one of my characters.

The Kelvin Admiral uniform is also new (the one Admiral Marcus wore in Into Darkness) but the rangpins for this costume seem to be broken (the lower ranks don't work).

The Daedalus is in the costume list, but it just shows up as a red blotch (I assume the impulse engines). There are also two of the 31st century temporal ships, can't remember the names.

Star Trek declared a hope for a future that nobody stuck in the present could believe in. For all our struggles today, we haven’t outgrown the need for stories like Star Trek. We need tales of optimism, of heroes, of courage and goodness now as much as we’ve ever needed them."

A new asset for players is available in the Foundry tailor, too:
    • Bare Legs: Stockings - Sparkling

These are the tights 23rd Century Klingon women wear as a part of their uniform. They're available for use with skirts and Shorts - Rolled.

Another new player option that made its way to the Foundry:
    • Head Attach Tech: Orion Slim

This is a hairband-style ornamentation for Orion women, done in the same style as some of their arm and ankle attachments. Works nicely with some the long/messier hair styles compared to the other head attaches.

Also, we now have Bulk and Physique sliders, only for some species. These are located in Upper Body but affect the entire body:
    • Bulk: Seems like a quick cheat for maximizing/minimizing all of the various Bulk sliders we have. Very limited range on the slider. No doubt you can use this to make a bulkier/slimmer character than is currently possible by setting it and then tweaking individual sliders.
    • Physique: This one is interesting, its maximum is our current characters. Setting it lower will redistribute their weight, pushing it closer to the shoulders, and also bulk them up more in general.

I've noticed Bulk/Physique sliders for Klingons (Klingon faction only), Gorn, and Orions so far. They're not present in the normal tailor, only the Foundry.

We got the updated/new TOS Klingon outfits, the TOS Andorian heads, maybe Suspenders Simple Chest Gear (these may have been in already, but I don't remember them, and they're not a player option--they're used by male Romulan Commander NPCs), and the Gorn Tunic Chest Gear for KDF. The TOS Klingon mob group has been updated to the new appearances, and a TOS Romulan group has been added if anyone missed it in the patch notes.

We did not get the TOS Andorian antennae, TOS Tellarite heads, TOS Gorn heads, or any of the other new NPC-only stuff. (Presumably, if they ever get Beachwear Sets in the Foundry, we'll get most of the TOS Orion female outfits since they're just alternate materials.)

There's also a new Upper category, Costume Set - Ithenite, but it only has the Kobali Wraps uppers in it right now. Sneak peak of an upcoming outfit, or something scrapped?

Ithenite is one of the races from the Babel conference. Not sure if they appeared outside that.

Norway and Yeager dammit... I still want my Typhoon and Jupiter though.
JJ Trek The Kelvin Timeline is just Trek and it's fully canon... get over it. But I still prefer TAR.

Klingon D5 and D9 as well. They only exist as lights at the moment though.
