From http://sto.gamepedia.com/Mission:_Investigate_Officer_Reports_(Repeatable)#Notes the forum won't let this url go through probably an anti code injection method. Put the underscore next to the first parenthesis to fix it and make it followable.

I can't find IOR but then again the devs may have hidden it in some obscure menu that I have never seen.
Was this ever followed up on?
