Upper Body: Beachwear Separates - Missing for many species males

I'm not sure when exactly this happened, but the Beachwear Separates category for Upper Body has gone missing for the following species:
Starfleet
Klingon
Romulan
Also, the Bare chest option in this category is only available to the following species:
This wasn't always the case, I had Humans using the Bare option in a project.
Standard hands aren't available in the Beachwear Separates category, either, for male or female characters.
