(I forgot to mention I am playing the Agents of Yesterday tutorial with a new 23C Character) I am just starting out the tutorial. The game crashed once, the first time right after I created my character and appeared on the bridge, with 2 critical crashes of the video drivers, and just crashed again, now, on me in the first mission just after I returned to the Ship in the shuttle from the Planet. The 2nd time it killed my video card but the sound was still going so it sounded like the game was still running, but I could not get the video on any of my 3 monitors (yes, I play the game in Windowed mode on 3 monitors) to work. My monitors were detecting no input from the computer. I had to reboot.

I am using an AMD Radeon R9 390X graphics card with 8MB RAM. The graphics drivers and software are the latest from AMD: Driver Packaging Version 16.20.1025... I don't know if it is the card or the drivers that is causing this, or if it is something I am doing wrong. I will keep running the game and see if it keeps happening.

As a follow-up, I got back into the game and got through the scene in the Shuttlebay, however as soon as I left and entered the hallway, the game crashed to desktop again. This game is definately having problems with my video card. As a side note, I am also playing the game on Holodeck (and have been consistently for the past week) and have had no issues like the ones I have noted here. This is happening solely with the AOY play on Tribble.

Ok, I have no file host... I capture a screenshot of the video card error but I can't attach it here. Here is what is says:

Fatal Error: Direct3D driver returned error code (DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED) while Run Occlusion query. Reason: 0x887a0006 (DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG)

I tried running the game on a single monitor in Windowed mode and still got the same error. It is happening consistently now, plus I have run into the Taureen Affair bug which won't let me proceed, so I will stop my testing now.
