for the TOS Bridge offcier for the duty assignment chiefs
it bugs up for TOS characters TOS Brdige officers
those need be included in the fedaration scripts for duty offcier assignment chiefs!
Normal Federation bridge officer it works though, just need include in that script the TOS Bridge officers!
