Beam out/in points

First, earlier today I was playing my recently created romulan and every time I beamed out of the flotilla I ended up spawning near sol instead near the flotilla. Is that a bug or mental to happen that way?
Second, when I hit ready star ship on my new lvl 20 ship it beams me to the flotilla. Is that also a bug and could they both be fixed shortly after agents of yesterday launches (after next Thursday 7/6)

    Both bugs and both being pretty old. Better report that but don't expect a fix any time soon.

    I've get a similar behavior sometimes when readying my ship on New Romulus; instead of readying the ship, i get beamed to the flotilla, when i beam up to my ship, it's in the vicinity of Sol. Incredibly annoying, especially for low level toons that space travel at a snail's pace. Also incredibly bad programming and testing.
