Yeoman Rand is not Uhura

Bug - Yeoman Rand has the dialog click for Uhura
Mission: Earthward Bound leg of Tutorial mission for TOS Taurine.

Description: Upon entering the Bar you find McCoy and Rand sitting next to each other. Rand has the 'Talk to Uhura pop up. The pop up & dialog works, but well Rand is not Uhura.
