Can not play the Kelvin mission

I can not plac the kevlin mission. Yes I am gold, yes I played the two required prior missions. The mission is not even listed as choice. It this is an example of Cryptic's care for customers who are gold I don't even want to know what it's like for other who are not. Disappointed gold player
