While it is interesting, it should be noted that this does not affect the Foundry. We operate under Cryptic's license. As long as we all place nice within the EULA, we're fine.

I like something that podcaster Terilynn said to me on twitter earlier today: "(Foundry authors) shouldn't worry. If anything, they should be proud - they've pioneered, showing what it takes to live and thrive with guidelines."
