Can we get Scavenger Beam to include Tractor Beam Repulsors?

Seeing as how TBR also uses tractor beams, it makes sense to allow Scavenger Beam to affect TBR. It would also make Scavenger Beam a little bit more compelling.

    +1 from me.

    I don't think many people actually use tractor beam as an ability, TBR is way more useful and commonly used.
