As above, dident think you could load the game twice, 1 window ROM toon other window KDF toon.
one window laoded with STO launcher other with Arc. ????????

Ok so after 10 min it log out of one.

    If your PC can handle it, yes you can... Provided they are separate accounts. I can run 3 comfortably without too much issue when I do my weekly cell ship missions.

    Having more than one acct is against EULA and forbidden, could result off all of your accts shut off.

    If anyone is doing this they would be smart not to advertise that and cover their tracks from and accidental utterances.
