Is the kdf repair platform nerfed ?

After last patch

I can not longer find the 5% pen bonus provided by my Repair platform

it is not in the description

and I can not find it on my weapons

Is it nerfed

or removed to improve quality of li_es?

    The Repair platform was supposed to give you this bonus? Sounds more like the repair platform tooltip accidentally showed a bonus that didn't make sense for it to grant or benefit from - and never actually did anything.
    Star Trek Online Advancement: You start with lowbie gear, you end with Lobi gear.

    If there would be any passive bonus on Repair Platform console, i would be expecting it to be on hull or system repair, not an offensive one.

    Huh? :o

    Seriously, though, I've used the Repair Platform console for quite some time and I can say from my experience it (the console itself) has no passive ability, just the clicky ability to drop a platform.
