Game stalling after last update.

Am I the only one who has this problem? At every loading screen the game freezes up several times for 30 sec to a minute before loading again, making it almost unplayable. This is also making it very difficult to log in as the game freezes even more frequently during character selection and sometimes giving me a login timeout. I've tried running in Safe Mode, but it doesn't solve the problem.

well i am trying to patch and it says a hog returned error while trying to read WTH is goin on now any ideas how to fix that
