Armada System Feature Idea - Leaderboard Tab

I like the Armada system -- it helps small fleets get contributions and helps large fleets have more projects.

Since the fleet system started in 2012, there have been leaderboards for each of the fleet holdings (starbase, embassy, dilithium mine, spire, and research lab), and the sum of these contributions can be seen through the fleet roster. When we use the armada system to contribute to a different fleet or when we leave a fleet we've contributed to those contributions stay on that leaderboard permanently.

Its a fairly common practice for fleet leaders to promote within the fleet based on their contributions -- but they are unable to see armada contributions. Due to this, others may have less incentive to help out other fleets that are part of their armada as they get the fleet credits, but not are unlikely to get recognition within their own fleet for it.

The idea I propose is to have on the Armada tab of the fleet window that has a leaderboard which sums up all contributions among the alpha, beta, and gamma fleets and lists these by the handle. This makes it more alt-friendly, as someone who contributes 50,000 fleet credits worth on 10 characters would be as high up on the leaderboard as an account with one character who's contributed 500,000.

All the information is currently available within Cryptic's database, so it's just a matter collecting it among the 2-13 fleets for each of the 5 holdings, truncating the character name, summing it up, and doing a descending sort on a newly created tab.

Are there others who would find this feature useful -- whether for recognition, promotion purposes, or increasing interest in helping out the armada?

I would love to see leaderboards by account instead of by character.

Armada leaderboards would be nice too, especially in cases where the armada forms to create a larger social group as opposed to just making a random fleet credit generator. Perhaps also include the option to opt out, or form leaderboards of smaller segments of the armada.​​

While it would be nice, I personally only go off my Fleet tabs for promotions. Fleet Ranks are for what people have achieved with-in my fleet. I wouldn't promote someone who has never donated to my own fleet, regardless of what they've contributed to another. It's only fair to my comrades tbh,
