How long between missions to get the standard reward?

I ran a couple of BorrowedTune's missions over the weekend. I finished part 2 (The Omega Fallout) about 2 hours earlier in the evening than part 1 so about 22 hours between. I got no reward at all for part 2 (part 1 awarded normally). Both are listed as qualifying for standard rewards. Fallout is even listed as a top foundry mission for Starbase 39. The Foundry interface claims you must run them an hour apart. I did immediately take part 2 after finishing part 1... maybe that is it?

Any other ideas why I didn't get the reward on the 2nd mission?

BTW - I enjoyed both missions.

I ran another last night and it worked fine. I don't know what was wrong yesterday. Oh well.
