My AoY characters skills become invalid at level 50

I've leveled two AoY characters to 50+ so far and both have had their skills become invalid when they level from 49 to 50. I'm given a free skill respec and after doing so I'm able to spend all my skill points with no further issue. I had no issues spending skill points up to level 49 ... it's just when trying to spend the skill points at level 50 that the previous skill choices are counted as invalid.
