Which rewards are you referring to?

If by "claim rewards" you mean ship unlocks and the like, that's because the C-Store is disabled on Tribble, so a bunch of that stuff isn't going to work. If you mean event store rewards, Delta Recruit rewards and the like, those aren't going to function on Tribble either, since the unlock only applies to Holodeck.

If actual quest rewards are broken, it might be helpful to specify which ones, so the devs know where to start looking for a fix.

He means stuff like kit reward packs (like the ones you get as mission rewards). I can verify that, my "Career specific kit reward" refuses to unpack and is just a box of dead weight in my inventory.
