Yesterday's War arc greyed out on high-level Feds characters

On my Fed characters higher than level 19, I am unable to play either of the listed missions in the Yesterday's War arc (including The Core of the Matter), because the Hail button is greyed out on both. (Curiously, they seem to work fine on KDF characters. I will test on Rom characters as well and report back.)

ETA: Works fine on Roms. It's only my Feds that have trouble.

    I've experienced this as well. Hopefully a patch is incoming.

    Whoops! Nevermind! It appears the problem has been solved. Anyone else still having issues?

    i have problem with the yesterdeys war arc im on lvl 26 and steel lock i pass all the klingon war
