VOY: "Threshold" is too obvious, I'm going with "Demon" for being repeatedly self-contradictory.
ENT: "A Night in Sickbay" with "Dear Doctor" running a close second.
"Great War! / And I cannot take more! / Great tour! / I keep on marching on / I play the great score / There will be no encore / Great War! / The War to End All Wars"

I don't really remember The Royale, but it can't be worse the Code of Honor or Angel One. Those were just uncomfortable to watch.
DS9: There is probably worse episodes then this but I really hated The Valiant. The concept is basically lets take a bunch of immature highschoolers and put them in command of a starship in the middle of a war. That first officer especially gets on my nerves when I watch the episode.
VOY: Again ignoring the obvious one being Threshold I would have to say.... Elogium. You pretty much learn everything you never wanted to know about Ocampa mating and Neelix in that episode makes it so much worse.
ENT: I don't really remember that much about Enterprise but I remember an episode where Trip got pregnant... so uhhh yeah that's my pick.

I disagree that "Valiant" was a bad episode. The whole point of that was to deconstruct the cartoonish shonen fantasy that is the "plucky bunch of youngsters doing awesome things" plot. I wish Cryptic would've taken note of that episode, rather than the utter lunacy we have in-game of a fourth-year cadet on his/her midshipman cruise getting permanent command of a combatant ship and making admiral after eighteen months of basically non-stop deployment.
Seriously, it's a gorram miracle our characters aren't nervous wrecks by about the Cardassian arc; our ships' counselors must be working overtime.

Hmmm. Forums won't let me quote for some reason... oh well.
Anyways I see your point as the episode would have been worse if the Valiant had a bunch of Wesley Crushers on board. Its just that first officer is so nasty to Jake it seems to anger me everytime I watch that episode. Maybe its because I have had so many people act that way towards me. As morbid as it sounds I am glad they failed at the end.
As for worst episode for DS9 I'll replace it with one I think most people can agree on. Move Along Home. It was almost like watching a really dumb version of Jumanji. I always skip this one when I rewatch DS9.
I disagree on TOS. The worst episode so far as I am concerned, bar none, is "The Omega Glory". Leaving aside its jingoistic overtones (I try to keep in mind the era during which it was written, after all), the concept of convergent evolution has to do with the shapes of creatures to fit certain ecological niches (and the idea that a generalist species similar to humanity might inevitably assume a more-or-less hominid shape), not cultural standards, and most certainly not the specific wording of historical documents!
TNG, I'm torn between the overtly sexist "Angel One" and the overtly racist "Code of Honor". (Say what you will about '60s TV, at least TOS generally kept their sexism and racism on the down-low.)
I do concur that "Move Along Home" is the single weakest of the DS9 episodes. Most of their lesser episodes occurred during the first season, obviously, as the writers and actors were still feeling out these new characters.
It's hard to pick a "worst episode" for VOY - so very many candidates! I suppose the one so bad that even the writers dropped it from their canon, "Threshold", might be the one to choose.
As for ENT - again, the first season was littered with bad shows, although in this case it was more because the producers seemed to be actively seeking out bad scripts. I guess I'd go with the one where they sent an away team to a seemingly-idyllic world with no higher life forms, while willfully ignoring the sage advice of the most experienced member of the crew to keep scanning for a while to see what was up (can't be taking advice from a dumb ol' Vulcan, now, can we?). And here I thought that by the 22nd century Earth was supposed to be past all that racist garbage...

See, I actually liked that episode (if it is the one I am thinking you are talking about) Granted it is by no means a great episode, I do not think it is the worst.
That would be Shuttlepod One (also the first season). I just found the whole thing pointless. Nothing really happens and the characters really don't develop at all. It is just some pointless episode thrown in for who knows what.

i was thinking more long the lines of "Dear Doctor", that was a thoroughly awful to watch.
T6 Miranda Hero Ship FTW. Been around since Dec 2010 on STO and bought LTS in Apr 2013 for STO.

A good choice.
Though I find any Voy-episodes being on the same level IMO, at least in the overall narrative. If I *had* to choose though... Caretaker. Because Janeway could have destroyed the array AND gotten the ship back to the AQ by beaming over time-detonating tricobalt-charges. Would have saved her the trip back in time in Endgame that was just a result of her ego paired with guilty conscience.
As for DS9... It's really hard. I can't decide between s7-start and the s7-finale. Both were highly unsatisfying.
As for Enterprise... Broken Bow. I had high hopes to see the start of the first conflict between earth and the klingons as the first contact between klingons and humans was supposed to end in disaster, but instead we got that strange timeline-change story with the suliban-TRIBBLE..
It's a hard question actually, especially when you look at the various Star Trek series with the benefit of hindsight.
I decided to rate them in a completely subjective and unfair manner, mostly according for their subjective entertainment value.
Let's start with an easy one: Voyager
I must admit i haven't watched it for quite some time because i don't like the whole series, especially when you consider how unnecessary the whole exercise was and how unlikeable most of the main cast where. So the entertainment factor was pretty low on my side, that's why i choose "the Caretaker" as my best of the worst Voyager episode, because it started the whole misery.
Best of the worst: "Caretaker" Voy:1x01/02
Next: The Original Series
There are several episodes i'm personally not very enthusiastic about. For example "Miri", "Charlie X" and "And the Children Shall Lead". All three have rediculusly annoying kids and are not very fun to watch anyway. There's also "a private little war" and "a piece of the action" which both feature pretty lame parallel earths, although "a private little war" is without doubt the worse episode of both.
But i'm actually thorn between "patterns of force" and "Plato's stepchildren", but for different reasons. While the premise of "patterns of force" is simply incomprehensible (a Federation hisorican using 1933-45 Germany as a example of a efficient society, aarrgh), i find "Plato's stepchildren" simply painful to watch (i just hate godlike aliens, especially when they are clinically insane).
Best of the worst: "Plato's stepchildren" TOS:3x12
Third: Enterprise
Unlike most Star Trek fans i found Enterprise actually pretty entertaining. Surely there where logic holes as wide as the Bassen Rift, but i haven't found a single series that doesn't have that. I'll go with the majority and nominate the series finale, which was a careful placed kick in the nuts of all Star Trek fans from the producers.
Best of the worst: "These Are the Voyages..." ENT: 4x22
Fourth: Deep Space 9
It's the most contorversal series in my opinion. Without doubt the series with the most character developement and the most extensive story arc (disregarding USS Voyagers voyage home). But also there where some elements blatantly negating what Star Trek makes stand out from the usual Sci Fi stuff, making it more trivial in my opinion. In general i must say i don't like any episode where the character Lwaxana Troi appears or those which are centered around Major Kira, the bajorans and their religion in special. When thinking about bad episodes "The Muse", "The Storyteller" and "Accession" come to my mind.
Best of the worst: "Valiant" DS9: 6x22
Fifth: The next Generation
Although i find DS9 and ENT more entertaining in general, i must say that it was TNG that made me a Star Trek fan and i still love its premise and message much more than any other Trek show. Strangely, as timeless and grand as some episodes are there seem to be just as many, or even more really, really bad ones not to say painful stinkers.
As above, every episode where Lwaxana Troi appears or which are centered around Deanna Troi seem to cause physical pain somehow and are not further mentioned.
Following is a list of the bad ones and stinkers in no particular order (watch them at your own risk): "Naked now", "Code of honor", "In Theory", "The Price", "The Outrageous Okona", "The Dauphin", "Hero worship", "Imaginary Friend", "The Bonding", "Suddenly Human", "Lessons", "The inner light", "Sub Rosa", "Transfigurations" and let's not forget the popular "The Perfect Mate". Sometimes i ask myself what the producers must have been thinking...
Best of the worst: "Masks" TNG:7x17
"...'With the first link, the chain is forged. The first speech censured...the first thought forbidden...the first freedom denied--chains us all irrevocably.' ... The first time any man's freedom is trodden on, we're all damaged. I fear that today--"

Not to mention it killed about a third of Voyager's crew when it was still intact and had the person who built it in charge. Then factor in that Voyager had already taken serious damage from the transit and the fight with the Kazon, and more Kazon ships were coming in. Denying Nacene technology to the Kazon honestly was the smart move.
But the whole Prime Directive argument is an unnecessary red herring.
