Duty Officer Tutorial Mission Exploit

Upon reaching level 11 on Tribble with the Temporal Agent character, while running the duty officer tutorial, I found the mission was repeatable. This should not be the case. It can be run every 10 seconds to continue to obtain dilithium, a potential exploit if if goes live. There does not appear to be a limit to the number or times it can be run, though I only attempted 8. If someone were botting this they could net a great deal of dil quickly.
