How to put R&D materials on exchange?

Just as the title says.. I see that it is possible to buy R&D materials from exchange, which means that people put them on exchange. But when I want to sell mine on exchange, it just doesn't offer them on the list of them items that I can sell..

Open the Exchange

Click on the Sell Tab

Drag the item you want to sell from your inventory into the Item box at the top of the Sell Screen.

Set your price, and sell.

Just be advised, if you drag a stack of RnD Materials, you're setting the price for the entire stack, not for one item. Figure out in advance how much you want for the entire stack and input that amount.
