The TOS Tellarite Facial Option for Tellarite PCs and BOFFs is showing up inconsistently in the tailor once your character reaches the 25th century. This bug has appeared for tellarite boffs that were acquired prior to the transfer to the modern era and after.

    Hmmm, I feel like making a Tellarite just to try out the TOS Tellarite facial option. Also a great way to help confirm this bug. :)
