Having fleet emblem on/in fleet starbase, spire, lab, etc.?

This is something I've been thinking about for a few weeks, and I've been wondering if it's been brought up, before? I think it would add a more immersive experience for the game, esp. for fleets that are not strictly KE/UFP.
