Published mission not appearing

n7belannan7belanna Member Posts: 28 Arc User
So, I published my newest mission two days ago and then couldn't find it inGame afterwards, the same thing happened the next morning.

So I went back to the Foundry, republished the mission and checked again..same thing. I repeated this a few times and still can't find the mission...

I can find all of my other missions, but the newest just won't appear. I also asked some friends and they couldn't find it either.

Is the publishing of new missions bugged right now?

Could you be more specific about how you're checking? Are you looking in the sector block, scanning through all available missions, or are you [correctly] searching for the mission name in the 'review content' tab? (there's an option to see it at the bottom of the Foundry tab page.)

If I check in "Review content" I can't find any of my missions.

When checking in "Browse All" I can enter my handle and the mission name in the custom field and then I can find all of my other missions...only not the most recent one.

The review content tab is where new missions appear. They won't show up in the main tab until it reaches 5 or 6 ratings.

If you're absolutely sure that your mission isn't there (checked spelling, punctuation, ect. Search is very picky) then look back and see what it's status is in the editor. If it says the publish failed then there's the problem, try again (sometimes that can happen without a general issue). If it says published at such and such a time then try it again and watch its progress. If you see it conk out part-way through (successful publishes will go to 75%, hold there for a while, and complete) then there could be an issue with publishing (wouldn't be the first time, but it's good to get complete information on the problem.)

It does say "Published at..." and the publish is going exactly as you described. It goes to 75 % pretty fast, then holds there for a while and then says published.
So I guess that isn't the problem.

I tried publishing again and searching for the mission in the Review Content Tab and still couldn't find it. Then I realised that I saw only missions in English (my mission is in German), so I changed the language of the game and now I can find it.

Why is there no filter for this? Anyway, I found it. Thank you so much for all your help.

When you go to review content, set it to NEW and then type in the name of your mission. Voila, mission found.
