Some ability rewards aren't being awarded [Reference TOS/Human/TAC Captain]
- Level 4 Target Optics not awarded
- Level 5 Bridge Officer not awarded
- Level 7 Attack Pattern Alpha not awarded
- Level 8 Bridge Officer not awarded
[Just for reference, since LtCmdr promotions aren't implemented yet]
- Level 11 probably not implemented yet
- Level 12 Brace for Impact WAS awarded...go figure.
