Claiming a Constitution

in Tribble - General Discussion and Feedback
I keep seeing talk of claiming Constitution ships on Tribble but I thought it was impossible since they are CStore ships. How do AoY characters claim them? I have the ship on Holodeck.

    ^Port a character to Tribble who has the ship.
