Disappearing Admiralty Cards ?

I logged into cycle through my acc and Admiralty this morning and noticed on one of my toons all her shuttles and tier 1/3 ships were missing. None were listed in maintenance and were not listed in the ship roster. This isn't the 1st time cards have disappeared on me. The Krenim Science ship card from the last event has vanished on several toons in the past having to be reclaimed. End of last week another toon had all her shuttles and tier 1/4 ships all missing having to be reclaimed.

Is this a known bug or just bad luck on my part.
