Claiming Shuttle

in Tribble - Bug Reports
During the mission where you explore the TOS ESD, one of the steps says that you can claim a shuttle when you talk to the ship vendor.

I have talked to him and open the shop, but it would not allow me to claim it, saying that I don't have enough requisitions.

    when we first get the mission the shuttle costs 1ec and since we dont have any ec at that point we have nothing to be able to buy it. It would be better maybe to give us the mission on our next return to ESD I agree or give us an ec alo with our ship.

    You should have some loot to vendor-trash from the previous mission, too (that's what I did).

    Is that what it was? I just thought that it was free, like a level up requisition. I guess I just wasn't paying attention.
