The first task for each will be construction of communication arrays so they and their Allies can keep in touch as they venture further away. Even with the Advent of slipstream technology it may be years before we see them again. "I've asked the two of you here to discuss something very important," the Empress started. Jasmine looked around confused. "The two of us ma'am?" Shade faded in to view. "I see. If she's here this is serious." "It is. Thay, if you would." She stepped forward and handed each of them a PADD. "The data cores on these will self-destruct in ninety seconds," Thay explained. "Commit it to memory." The faces of the two betrayed their thoughts as they read. "By all that's..." Jasmine started then trailed off. "Is... Is this accurate?" Shade asked. "Yes," the Empress confirmed. "That planet has enough latnium to destroy the Ferengi economy several times over. And it has a mirror in the other universe." "You could destroy governments with that much money," Shade commented. "Which is why I want them under our control. I already have the red contained. But if word got out what's in these systems, you can imagine what would happen. I need you two to make that not happen. Convince any outside parties that comes in to this information that they shouldn't pass it along to anyone else. I would prefer if they didn't die or disappear. That could only raise more questions, but I defer to the experts in this situation." The PADDs in their hands shorted out. "Tell only those you trust implicitly. I leave the rest to you." Both saluted. "Yes ma'am." "By your command."
Expeditionary Fleet Delta arrived via slipstream on the edges of what used to be Borg Space. "Flagship to fleet, work as one and travel as one" ordered Solat to the fleet. The Imperial Expedition had not gone unnoticed by the Kazon Sects, the wiser sects left after seeing the Imperial expedition with the Nistrim the only sect moving to intercept the Imperial expedition. Aboard Denorios, Captain Lwasana Pitaskli watched the sensor movements noting "it was too quiet." "Bring ship to yellow alert and prepare the fighter drones for launch" ordered Lwasana. "Ma'am" answered T'Pamne. "Lt Varek, I want weapons on hot standby in case we have to fight" ordered Lwasana. "Ma'am" answered Varek. "How's our engines doing?" asked Lwasana to Ibarid Pitaskli. "Federation engines, they are very good. We've also looked at the problem of the exploding console" answered Ibarid. "Are those surge protectors?" asked Lwasana. "A simple low tech solution, if a console starts to overload, the surge protector kicks in and cuts power to the console before it builds to dangerous levels" answered Ibarid. "Could we make these fleet wide?" asked Lwasana. "I've already sent Admiral Solat the schematics" answered Ibarid.

"Major, you're out of uniform" said Heath to Jasmine Smith. "Ma'am, it's intentional, wearing civilian clothing puts the other senators at ease a bit more" answered Jasmine. "Agreed, you held your ground in the viper's pit" replied Heath. "A lot of officers and senators won't like their toys being taken off them" answered Jasmine. "Your proposal has the support of both Betazed's and Terra red's" replied Heath. "It's a start" answered Jasmine. "Changing the empire's way of thinking won't happen overnight, change is a slow and gradual thing" replied Heath. "It takes a few good people to start change, the banning of all weapons of mass destruction is a start" answered Jasmine. "You do stand your ground" replied Heath smiling. "An Oxford debate can get very intense, to survive them you have to be good and able to stand your ground" answered Jasmine, Heath just smiled.
Terra (mu red)
"Dexter, you want to talk?" asked Trianna. "What about?" asked Dexter. "The war" answered Trianna. "You've not been the same since, we're all concerned" added Mereu. "Which one?" sighed Smith. "Borg, what happened?" asked Trianna. "I'd rather not talk about it" answered Smith. "Repressing it won't help, trust me I've been there" advised Trianna. "The Borg boarded the Warrior and transformed most of my crew into drones, I evacuated the survivors and led a small team to try and defend the ship. I had to abandon her and blow her up. I killed most of my own crew because there was no way to save them" said Smith. "You had no choice" replied Trianna. "Yet ignoring the signs, I fought that war to it's conclusion" answered Smith. "Saving not only the empire but also the whole galaxy" replied Mereu. "It's taken it's toll, what you need is rest and recovery. I've arranged a counselor for your treatment, she's really good with veterans" said Trianna. "Remember your orders from the empress, get better, you are going to take time off and get better" added Mereu. "I will do, for myself and my family" replied Smith.

Expedition Fleet Delta was in battle formation as they prepared for battle with the Nistrim. Admiral Solat was in a meeting with her captains, the plan was defensive in nature. The Imperials would form a pincer and wrap round the Nistrim attack force of 40 ships. After explaining her strategy, Solat put Jasmine in command of the escort carrier group and tasked her with providing fighter drone support to screen the main fleet as the cruisers formed up in the center with battle ships, dreadnought and escorts forming the wings. All the captains understood the brief and returned to their ships. The fleet formed up and waited for the Nistrim arrived. The Nistrim arrived only to be confronted by over 400 Imperial ships and soon faced swarms of fighter drones as they screened the Imperial fleet.
"Hail their lead ship" ordered Solat on the Agincourt, "This is Grand Admiral Solat of the Terran Empire, we are here on exploration. We will defend ourselves." "I am First Maje Culluh of the Kazon Nistrim, surrender your technology or we will take it by force" replied the Kazon leader. "This will not end well for you, back down and leave" answered Solat. "I will not be challenged by a woman" replied Culluh and the screen went blank. The Imperial fleet went to red alert and locked weapons on the Kazon. "Hail the Nistrim" ordered Solat, "you're through ma'am" answer the ops officer. "You have 400 ships all locked onto you, they will fire if they are ordered to or if they are fired on first" said Solat. "You're bluffing" answered Culluh. "Vulcans do not bluff" replied Solat. The Kazon ships charged weapons and fired, the Imperial shields easily dealt with the weapons fire before the Imperials opened fire and put their battleplan into action.
"Flanks, swing round and threaten their rear, center pin them in place" ordered Solat. "The fleet acknowledges" reported Solat's Betazoid first officer. The fleet moved as planned and soon they were on the verge of encircling the Nistrim as the fighter drones swarmed the Nistrim's ships. "Centre, push forward" ordered Solat, the centre of the Imperial lines moved forwards pushing the Nistrim into the pincers. Culluh had never faced a force so disciplined and well oiled as the Imperial fleet on the offensive and he was facing being trapped. Soon the battle was over with the capture of Culluh and the unconditional surrender of the Nistrim sect. The Kazon were left on a nearby moon with no technology and their ships destroyed, the other sects got the message quickly and soon surrendered and agreed to not challenge the Imperial fleet again. In a data burst to Terra via long range communication array, Solat reported the unconditional surrender of all Kazon sects to the empire.

Jasmine Smith and Shade go to work, their first target was the CEO of the Star map corporation, "Mr Xi, we know you have all the star charts and survey maps of the Empire. If you could just hand them all over and all copies, we could make it very beneficial for you" said Jasmine, "or make your life uncomfortable" she followed up with as a cloaked phaser was pointed at Xi's head by a cloaked Shade. "How would this benefit me?" asked Xi. "Cut the bull, your charts were illegally obtained. I have the legal power to confiscate them indefinitely" replied Jasmine, "or the empress finds out about your illegal business dealing and revokes your business permit." "You're bluffing, you cannot touch me" answered Xi. Shade saw Jasmine's signal and threw Xi off his chair and over his desk, Jasmine pointed her phaser at Xi's head and asked "that's the first warning, don't make me ask again. All your records now."
"You're crazy" replied Xi as a priceless Ming vase was pushed of it's stand and smashed on the floor. "Oops, my hand slipped" answered Jasmine, "what's this? it's all your financial records. It would be a shame if these were to go public, what would your friends in the criminal underground do to you if they were compromised?" asked Jasmine. "You win" answered Xi and he opened up all his records. "Thank you" said Jasmine as Shade covertly wiped Xi's computers with a virus. "Oh and keep your mouth shut, next time I may not be so kind" said Jasmine before she and Shade left the office leaving Xi in a puddle of his own urine. On the shuttle, Shade decloaked and smirked, "Mr Xi wet himself, what are we going to do about him?" she asked afterwards. "Put pressure on him, let's just say the empress will be reading these very closely" answered Jasmine as she boxed up all the records from Xi's computer.

At the Valdez farm, the twins were wearing black as they brought out two candles. "What are the twins doingg?" asked Captain Dawson. "Today is a year to the day since Trianna's mother died, it's their way of remembering her" answered Valdez. "Dad you as well" requested the twins as Trianna (yellow) put a third candle onto the stand. Valdez walked over and all three of them lit a candle and put a force field around the edge of the stand. "I miss mom" said Trianna (prime). "I know" answered Valdez as he gave Trianna (prime) a hug. "Thanks dad, why did you drop everything and retire?" asked Trianna (prime). "Family is far more important" answered Valdez.
"Life lesson?" asked Trianna (prime). "You could call it that" answered Valdez. "They're awake, with Ablim away training pilots I may need some assistance" asked Trianna (prime). "Sis, I'll give you a hand" said Trianna (yellow). "Thanks" answered Trianna (prime) as both the twins went to sort the children out. "Joanna, I'm proud of them. They're also the reason I'm getting grey hairs" said Valdez smiling, "bringing up Trianna was challenging to say the least. She broke into my personal computer at age seven." "Highly intelligent, she must have figured it out" answered Dawson. "To this day, I have no idea how she did it" replied Valdez. "I was bored at the time" said Trianna (prime). "And the commandant's computer with nothing but a PADD?" asked Valdez. "Creative thinking, the commandant's reaction was priceless. I've never heard a Vulcan swear like that before" answered Trianna (prime) laughing. "I got a load of flak from Starfleet about that, it was either Trianna was expelled or she served her last year with me. She chose serving under me" said Valdez. "It saved my life. We lived on Vega colony at the time, mom was away on a business trip to Betazed when the Borg overran the colony" answered Trianna (prime). "A narrow escape" replied Dawson.

Let's pay them a visit” suggested Shade on the shuttle. “Doctor S'val, he's planning an expedition to that region of space” answered Jasmine reading the file. “Will he cooperate?” asked Shade. “Let's find out” answered Jasmine. The shuttle hovered while cloaked with Jasmine and Shade beaming down after activating her cloak. In S'Val's office they were greeted by the doctor himself. “Doctor, your expedition, I'm interested” said Jasmine. “What would the empire propose for my expedition?” asked Doctor S'Val. “That you cancel it” answered Jasmine.
“That is not a logical proposal, logic dictates you are after something” answered S'Val. “Logically, the empire has legal authority to seize your expedition ships and hold them for at least a year's inspection. After all using illegal star charts is an offence punishable by service in a penal battalion, so you have a choice. Hand over your ships and keep your mouth and mind shut or I arrest you on the spot for the possession of illegal star charts, your choice. Am I being logical enough for you?” asked Jasmine. “On what grounds?” asked S'Val. “Grounds of false documentation, illegal star charts and obstructing Imperial law. That clear enough?” asked Jasmine. “Crystal” answered S'Val. “Good, all computer records as well including any copies” replied Jasmine. Meanwhile Shade had already got into the computer remotely covertly and downloaded all information before wiping the computer with a virus. “Nice doing business” said Jasmine before she left the office with Shade and left for the shuttle.

"Using captured Jem Hadar attack ships, how does the Jem Hadar attack ship compare to our escorts?" asked Heath. "Their agility is excellent, easily on par with our current generation of escorts and armed to the teeth" answered Jasmine. "Who can up with the idea to add bomb bays?" asked Heath. "Dexter's" answered Jasmine. "It's load?" asked Heath. "Trianna worked out that problem, she went old school literally" answered Jasmine. "Be unpredictable" noted Heath smiling. "Dexter reasoned that by attacking enemy assets behind their lines, you could keep less enemy ships off the front lines" answered Jasmine.
"An excellent strategy. How is this possible? Flying 10 attack ships in formation at tree top height and all striking the target and going to warp in a planet's atmosphere" asked Heath. "We practiced and practiced until we got it spot on to the requirements" answered Jasmine, "we wanted to strike back because most of the crew all had loved ones trapped behind the lines." "It's a powerful incentive" replied Heath. "Agreed, crazy in their unique ways as well. Including a really dumbed down Admiral Leeta hologram. It's our crash test hologram" answered Jasmine. "Define crash test?" asked Heath. "Seeing if it's possible to fire a holographic torp to draw enemy fire. We accidentally fired Admiral Leeta out of the Brigand's fore photon launcher" answered Jasmine trying not to laugh.
"Have you got the visual log for that?" asked Heath. "This PADD ma'am" answered Jasmine handing Heath the PADD.

"Strategically important forward base for the Dominion, plan was was to knock it out permanently" answered Jasmine. "Which you did in one attack, in the report, General Smith used the term nap of the Earth when moving on the target before the attack happened. Explain nap of the Earth" replied Heath. "Idea is simple, you get your attacking force flying as close to the ground as possible without crashing into anything, terrain has to be taken into account. By being as low as possible, you in effect are under their sensors and Anti Air defenses. Once we were committed to the attack we pulled up to 1500 feet and dropped our payloads before jumping to warp in atmosphere" answered Jasmine.
"I want this raid to be taught to all officer cadets, it shows unorthodox thinking into the planning and execution of the raid" replied Heath. "Ma'am" answered Jasmine. "From the reports, all crews that took part showed courage beyond the call of duty. The survivors will be honored, the Klingon Empire want to honor all the veterans of the Dominion and Borg wars in person and posthumously as fellow warriors" replied Heath. "I don't know what to say" answered Jasmine stunned. "The Klingons see the empire as being fellow warriors, you earned their respect" replied Heath smiling. "I've spoken with the survivors of the Dominion and Borg wars, they all feel that their struggles should be made public in light of the sacrifices we all made to ensure victory" answered Jasmine. "I'll see that INN broadcasts a soldier's view of the Dominion and Borg wars, I would also like your brother and the other veterans to talk about the wars to the peoples of the empires. Talking about it can be a great healer and the people need to made aware of the sacrifices our brave troops make to protect the empire" replied Heath. "Thank you ma'am, I'll speak to Dexter when I get home" answered Jasmine.
"How is he doing?" asked Heath. "He's doing better, he feels that he could have done more to save his crew that were lost" answered Jasmine. "He made the right call, by destroying his ship he saved Terra and made sure the empire formed as history intended it to" replied Heath. "He had no choice" answered Jasmine. "He did those crew who were assimilated a favor by blowing them up, their deaths were mercifully quick" replied Heath. "Agreed" answered Jasmine. "To business, your information control has been successful. Are you sure that none of the information got off Terra?" replied Heath. "100%, no trace of this information anywhere in the empire. The only information on that system is in your hands, we made sure all data was secured and their computers wiped thoroughly" answered Jasmine. "Major, excellent work. Senate meeting in one hour, I look forward to hearing your report on the Militia progress" replied Heath. "Ma'am" answered Jasmine, she then bowed and saluted beofre leaving the room.

“Ma'am” said Jasmine as she bowed to Heath. “Very neat and well organised office” replied Heath. “Everything has it's place, well ordered and efficient” answered Jasmine. “So if I asked what was stored in the computers on the left wall, you would know?” asked Heath. “Those are resource management, nothing gets past me without my knowledge” answered Jasmine. “And the computers on the right wall?” asked Heath. “Mission reports and unit rotations” answered Jasmine. “Precise and efficient” commented Heath. “My brother runs combat and training, my job is administration. Precise and efficient is all part of the job description” answered Jasmine.
“Any hobbies?” asked Heath. “I play a violin ma'am, have done since the age of five so I been playing 24 years” answered Jasmine. “Is music encouraged in your family?” asked Heath. “It is, my brother plays drums. That violin in the case has been with me 20 years, it was a 9th birthday present from my mother” answered Jasmine. “How proficient?” asked Heath. “Classically trained ma'am” answered Jasmine smiling. “What type of music? asked Heath. “Folk music mainly, I got tired of the classical composers” answered Jasmine. “Music brings people together, your people have tradition of music?” asked Heath. “Depends on part of British Isles you go to really, different regions have different traditions” answered Jasmine.
“Any sports?” asked Heath. “I play hockey” answered Jasmine. “Hockey?” asked Heath. “It's a team based sport, the idea is to get a small puck into the opposing team's goal. Trust in your team because often it is the difference between victory or defeat” answered Jasmine. “Does it get violent?” asked Heath. “Not usually though the men whimper at the thought of facing a team of women, we can be creative with the hockey sticks. Expedition fleet Delta entered orbit around the fifth planet in the system, leading the outer edge of the fleet was the Denorios. "Captain, Class M with a Terra type atmosphere" reported Lt. Cmdr Wilkinson. "Any life?" asked Captain Lwasana Pitaskli. "Varied types of fauna, wait there's a settlement on the northern continent" reported Wilkinson. "First contact protocols, send down a landing party with a platoon of soldiers" ordered Lwasana. "Ma'am" answered Wilkinson. Cmdr Ibarid Pitaskli led the party down and monitored the settlement. In orbit, Solat authorized the landing party to make contact with the inhabitants. The party entered the settlement with the soldiers forming a perimeter. "Strangers, you here to trade?" asked the settlement leader. "We're explorers from the Terran Empire, we wish to understand your culture" answered Ibarid.
"My name is Wrex, leader of this settlement. Why do you come armed?" asked Wrex. "For our security, what species are you?" asked Ibarid. "Talaxian, we're traders by nature" answered Wrex. "Greetings from the Terran empire" replied Ibarid. "Greetings from the Talaxian people" answered Wrex. "Well met" replied Ibarid shaking Wrex's hand. "You're new to this quadrant, what would you trade for star charts of this quadrant?" asked Wrex. "I would have to consult with my superiors on this" answered Ibarid. He then tapped his combadge and requested "permission to open negotiations for trade?" Solat asked "What do they wish to trade?" "Ma'am, star charts. We could provide them with supplies of food and medicine in exchange" answered Ibarid. "Authorized" replied Solat. "Your star charts for food and medicine?" asked Ibarid. "With the relocation to the new home world, any food and medical supplies would be very helpful" answered Wrex. "Sounds good though my people would have to look over the charts first to make sure" replied Ibarid. "Agreed" answered Wrex. Ibarid had his people examine the charts and they were genuine, "Pitaskli to Denorios, transport down the supplies" he ordered. The supplies landed and the exchange was done, "may both out people have a friendly future" said Wrex. "Good doing business" answered Ibarid.

Valdez answered a call, "Trianna, how are you today?" he asked. "I'm good though Ablim Jnr can be tiring at best of times" answered Trianna (red). "It gets harder the older they get, how old?" asked Valdez. "Three months" answered Trianna (red). "You look absolutely shattered, how much sleep are you getting?" asked Valdez. "Around three hours, me and my Isoisa take it in shifts" answered Trianna (red). "Me and my Teanna took it in shifts, my Trianna could never sleep for long at three months" replied Valdez. "Dad, did you ever get used to it?" asked Trianna (red). "Lack of sleep is something I was used to, must be from my MACO days I suppose" answered Valdez. "You going grey dad?" asked Trianna (red). "Your little sister is partially responsible for that one" answered Valdez smiling. "How is my baby sister doing?" asked Trianna (red). "She's heard you, she's trying to run me over with her walker again" answered Valdez as he picked Teanna Jane up.
"She's grown, she looks a lot like mom" replied Trianna (red) smiling. "She runs rings around me" answered Valdez right as Teanna Jane pulled on his beard. "I may need to shave this off or trim it" said Valdez. "Good idea dad" replied Trianna (red). "Yeah" answered Valdez. "How's my counterparts doing?" asked Trianna (red). "Very well, my Trianna is brilliant around the little ones. Anna has gone professional on her kick boxing, she won the regional championships recently and well I'm proud of them both" answered Valdez. "That's good to hear, I've got something to ask you" replied Trianna (red). "Go on" asked Valdez. "Should anything happen to me and Isoisa, could you raise my little one as your grandson?" asked Trianna (red). "Of course" answered Valdez. "Thanks dad" replied Trianna (red). "You're welcome" answered Valdez. "Ablim Jnr is awake, I better go and see what he needs" replied Trianna (red). "I'll leave you to get back to parenting, if you need advise on anything, call me" answered Valdez. "Thank dad, Trianna out" replied Trianna (red) and the screen went blank.

General Dexter Smith returned to duty after being cleared for field service, immediately he got to work on training the militia recruits when INN arrived. "General Dexter Smith?" asked the Trill reporter. "That's me well last I checked" joked Smith. "Have time for a interview about the benefits of be a militiaman?" asked the reporter. "Even better, you and your crew train with us for the day so you experience what all citizens must do by law" countered Smith. "Accepted" answered the reporter. "Good for starters, get your self measured for uniform. Uniform is mandatory" replied Smith. 15 minutes later, the reporter presented herself to Smith. "One of the most important things is physical fitness, we always make the assumption that a recruit is not fit enough to begin with so we get them fit and healthy. Time is 0630, morning run with a distance of six kilometers is always a nice way of warming up" said Smith, "Lt Petrofski, I want the recruits lined up in their PT gear. We're running Currahee" ordered Smith.
Petrofski gathered the recruits and organised them into squads, "Right, I want to see sweat and tears. Some of you look like you've never faced a serious physical exam before, most of you have only just graduated high school so be prepared for pain because fitness may save your lives" said Petrofki. "Sir" chorused the recruits. The recruits were run up and down Currahee mountain three times. Those who ran ahead and refused to help their team were ordered to run the whole course again. Those who worked as a unit were given thirty minutes to catch their breath and have a drink of water. The one ordered to rerun the course eventually got the message, a unit must work as one. Back at base after they got cleaned up and changed, the recruits were sat down in order rows. "Nutrition is a vital element, if you eat poorly, your body suffers. On average, males must have 2000 calories a day, females 1500 calories just for their bodies to function at peak efficiency" said Mereu Smith to the reporter. After breakfast, the recruits were drilled. "Self discipline is vital as is unit discipline, Lt Paris will be teaching drill" said Smith to the reporter before she joined the session.
The recruits were drilled for an hour, any misstep and the whole process was started again until everyone got it right. Next up was PT, Smith's NCOs put everyone through their paces. After an hour break for lunch, the recruits were back on cross country running. Those who could not cope were weeded out and transferred to civilian service, the ones who made the cut were given the rest of the day off. "General, are the first two weeks purely PT and drill?" asked the reporter. "They are, they're with us for six weeks. First we get them fit and healthy then we introduce drill to bring discipline, no one is exempt unless they have cultural or religious objections" answered Smith. "What's the incentive?" asked the reporter. "For Home, For Family, For Empire" answered Smith. "A worthy cause, this is Tebrian Wrell, reporting for INN" replied the reporter. Once the cameras stopped rolling, Smith was on point, "not bad but you could do better on fitness." "INN are doing a documentary on the Dominion War, would you and your veterans want to tell the people how tough it was?" asked the reporter. "We'll grant you the interview but make sure everything accurate on the details, my troops want the people to know the true horrors of what they faced during the war" answered Smith.
After interviewing the war veterans, the reporter and her crew left. A week later, it aired and the troops clapped, some even shed a tear when the names of the fallen appeared. Trianna (red) was quiet but deep down she was pleased that her late imzadi was remembered.

The combined Imperial and Voth Fleet arrived outside the Kobali system. "Flagship to all vessels, raise shields and do not fire unless fired on first" ordered Solat from the bridge of the Agincourt. The fleet acknowledged and took a defensive stance, the Kobali fleet arrived and took up position putting themselves between the Allied fleet and Kobali Prime. For hours, both sides stared each other down before Solat decided to hail them. "This is Admiral Solat of the Terran Empire, it's time our peoples ended the war with each other" offered Solat to the Kobali. "Our people have also suffered with our war with your empire, if we stand down, would your empire consider a ceasefire then talks on our peace proposal?" asked the Kobali leader.
"Considered, we'll power weapons down but keep our shields raised" answered Solat. "All forces stand down" ordered the Kobali leader. "All ships, power down weapons" ordered Solat. Both sides powered down weapons and the talks began. Since the war with the empire had weakened the Kobali so much, they signed a surrender and the Kobali joined the empire. They now had to look at their ways, under Imperial guidance they decided that they would ask permission first before they converted the dead. With Kobali conflict over, the expedition commenced talks with the the Benthans. The Benthans were open to the idea of joining an empire that enforced law and order, they joined on the condition that they be allowed to police the Delta quadrant in the empire's name. Solat agreed and the treaty was signed.
"Send word to Terra, the Kobali have surrendered to the empire and joined us. The Benthans have also signed a treaty of membership on the condition they police the Delta Quadrant in the empire's name" ordered Solat. The signal was sent by data burst back to Terra. It arrived on Heath's desk by courier.

“News from the Delta Quadrant, the Kobali surrendered at 0730 Terran time this morning. The Benthans have also signed a treaty of membership into the Empire” said Heath. The senate clapped in approval, “We now have access to building the Samsar class battleship so they'll be built at Imperium Planetia and upgraded with slipstream drives” finished Heath. “I don't know how the people will deal these ships” said Jasmine Smith. “You faced them during the war, what's your view on them?” asked Heath to Jasmine. “Very tough to take down, it would take five of our ships just to take one Samsar down. It's like our ships were like ancient Sherman medium tanks against an ancient Tiger tank, it would take the loss of four ships just to get the surviving ship into kill shot position, that's if we were lucky. That toughness combined with heavy fire power makes the Samsar more than match for our current generation of ships” answered Jasmine as the Dominion War reports on the Samsar were passed around the senators.

General Smith was looking over the designs for the post war generation of warships, using input from combat veterans Imperial engineers had been building a new class of assault cruiser to slowly replace the venerable Sovereign class assault cruisers. So far, two of the new Empress Class assault cruisers were finished, one being built at Betazed and the other at Terra. These designs were different, no exposed bridge and heavy hull armor along with enhanced unimatrix shielding designed to adapt to particle weapons and torpedo fire. Engines had also been upgraded with slipstream technology along with warp and transwarp. Weapons consisted of 10 type 14 phaser arrays, transphasic and quantum torpedoes. Phaser and photon point defense systems were also installed along with a computer system designed by Trianna (red).
At Betazed, Regent Lot launched the I.S.S. Papela and appointed Captain Iodokar (red) as her captain. Jodi was joined by the Cutlass survivors before the I.S.S. Papela began her shakedown cruise. At Terra, Trianna launched the second ship, the I.S.S. Teanna. Her crew were all volunteers from Terra, Vulcan, Trill and Bajor, the I.S.S. Teanna was just missing a captain and first officer. Trianna wanted to captain the I.S.S. Teanna though she would have to pass Heath's training course first to get the captain's chevrons. While she was on leave, Trianna had been studying the theory with help from her comrades. She could not be the arrogant know it all who let her temper get the better of her anymore, in fact Trianna had calmed down. In a call to the Empress, Trianna requested that once her leave was up, she wanted to command the ship named after her mother.
At the senate later that day, Jasmine passed round the fleet reports for internal security and fleet modernization. The empress and the senators all studied the plans of the Empress Class for themselves and asked how many were in service. Jasmine told them that two prototypes had just been launched for their shakedown tests. The senate were also informed that the Samsars were now in full production, the senate approved the fleet modernization program. The Empress sat and listened to Jasmine's brief before asking her questions. Jasmine answered all of Heath's questions with clarity. Heath smiled when Jasmine quoted “Si Vis Pacem, Para Bellum .” Jasmine then translated it into “If you want peace, prepare for war.”

The I.S.S. Towton had reappeared in Imperial space, aboard the temporal dreadnought a tall figure walked onto the command deck and smiled as he ordered a temporal jump into Federation space, year 2411 after sending a warning to the Empress to watch her back, it was Admiral Valdez (yellow) and he wanted vengeance on Admiral Heath Thay for costing him victory at the Battle of Antares. "Set course for Antares and send the signal to our friends, have them meet us at these co-ordinates" he ordered. "She'll fight" replied his XO. "I know, I'm counting on it. We're going to change history by well hitting that Bajoran pig in her weak spot. She won't fight if her family are used as living shields" answered Valdez (yellow) smiling at the thought of hurting Heath.
"What of her crew?" asked his XO. "We'll make her watch as we execute her crew after we really hurt them first. She'll have failed her crew then she'll die slowly. Once we remove Layress, Thay is next and she will suffer all the consequences of cheating me out of my victory" answered Valdez (yellow). "What about the Empire?" asked his XO. "It will be a Terran Empire for Terrans only, all other races will be expelled or enslaved. Those who resist will be wiped out, the Empress will know failure and tragedy. In fact set a course for Bajor" replied Valdez (yellow). "As you command" answered his XO. The Towton appeared over Bajor and beamed up the entire Heath family and then set course for Antares just as his younger self re-entered the Empire from his raid on Sol. "News from the Empire, your counterpart's crew have just been executed, only two survive and they are hostages" said his XO.
"Good, we've arrived at the correct time, now we wait for TF 113 to arrive. Captain Heath Layress is about to have a very bad week" replied Valdez (yellow).
Terra, 2412 (MU red)
"Maam, we have a problem" said Trianna (red) to the Empress. "Which one is it?" asked Heath. "It's the yellow Empire Admiral Valdez, he's got your prime timeline family hostage. His demands are that you hand yourself and your little ones to his executioners, he wants you and Thay and your bloodline dead. He blames you two for his defeat and wants vengeance whatever the cost" answered Trianna (red).

"Boss, scramble Battle Fleet Omega and prepare for temporal incursion" said Trianna. "What's happened?" asked Smith. "My evil father is back and he's got hostages" answered Trianna. "Who?" asked Smith. "The Empress's' family and he intends to execute them to hurt her" answered Trianna. "Thanks for the heads up" replied Smith. "I have to remain here, look after Isoisa" answered Trianna. "I will" replied Smith. Smith then commandeered the I.S.S. Marie and took the royal fleet and Battle Fleet Omega and made the incursion. In a meeting with his officers, Smith was straight forward to his officers, "a coward is using innocents as hostages, our job is to first rescue them and then deal with this traitor. We'll have full support from the throne on this so we cannot fail."
"How dangerous is this traitor?" asked Commander Petrofski. "Several counts of genocide, use of weapons of mass destruction and tactically very dangerous so we have to be able to out think him" answered Smith. "We're with you, this traitor cannot be allowed to live any longer" answered Lt. Cmdr Tommen Paris. "Put me fleet wide" ordered Smith. "Boss, you're on" replied Petrofski. "This is the general, all of you volunteered for a better future. A madman threatens that future, we cannot allow this to happen, you are the bravest and toughest the empire has to offer, we've faced down the Dominion, Kobali and Borg and yet we still stand. We may face the prospect of destroying Imperial ships but we must not hesitate, taking down this madman comes first. Our first goal is to rescue some innocents being held as hostages, I'll lead that team. I want volunteers only, this could be dangerous. For the empire for the people and for our homes, General Smith out." said Smith in his speech.
The combined royal and Omega fleet were joined by shadow ships as they made the incursion.
Antares System, 2411 (prime)
The fleet arrived as planned and hailed TF 113. "Captain Heath Layress, someone is trying to hurt you. I'm sending you the details, our boss wants to speak to you" said Smith over a audio channel. "All ships, engage your cloaks and watch for a chroniton signature, our traitor may be close by" Smith said afterwards. "Movement through the rift, we have 600 ships coming through" reported Tommen. "We've also detected a chroniton signature near the planet" reported Lt Sydulla. "That's our traitor, prepare boarding teams and bring that ship out of cloak" ordered Smith. "Tachyon shock wave away, target decloaking" reported Sydulla. "Boarding teams, let's go" ordered Smith. The boarding teams boarded Towton and made their way to the holding cells. "We've found them, attaching microtransporters now" reported Petrofski. Smith and his team after sabotaging the temporal core and engines beamed back to the Marie along with the freed hostages.
"Omega to She-Wolf, your family is safe and being treated in our sickbay. Traitor cannot run, he's stranded here" reported Smith via subspace to Heath.

"Execute who was in charge of watching the prisoners, we've lost our leverage" ordered Valdez (yellow) as news got to the bridge. The officer in the brig was immediately killed. "We were sabotaged as well, we cannot jump or go to warp" reported his XO. "So we fight, target the U.S.S. Los Lobos and bring her ventral shields down, we're going to pay Captain Heath a visit" ordered Valdez (yellow). "With pleasure" reported his XO. The Towton decloaked and set course for the station as the 2411 Imperial fleet closed the net around TF 113. Smith spotted the move then intercepted putting his ship between the Los Lobos and the Towton.
Meanwhile, Resurrection was hit and her wards vented. Before she could be finished off, the I.S.S. Hydra put herself in harms way and took the second shot aimed at Resurrection. Resurrection lay crippled but still able to retreat on thrusters as the Hydra covered her retreat, meanwhile, boarding parties beamed aboard Los Lobos and moved on the bridge. Smith's MACOs beamed over after them and blocked the traitors from getting to the bridge as other teams defended the battle bridge and main engineering, other teams covered Doctor Lot's evacuation of the sickbay. Smith had put a spanner in the works and sabotaged the traitor's plans. Valdez (yellow) was furious that someone had come to stop his revenge as his younger self's fleets were eventually beaten by Fleet Admiral Sito. "Whoever you are, I commend you on your audacity, join me and we can make the Empire a force to be reckoned with" said Valdez over all channels. "Rather not, I know who I serve and she is a better person than you'll ever be traitor" answered Smith over a audio channel.
"You must be the saboteurs, I'll find out who you are and I will make you pay for your misplaced loyalty" replied Valdez. "My boss is here, goodbye" answered Smith. "General, I want this traitor captured alive" ordered Empress Heath over a secure channel. "Consider it done" answered Smith as his MACOs were readied for another boarding action. They beamed over and stormed the bridge capturing all the traitors on the bridge of the Towton. Valdez (yellow) tried to escape but his shuttle was intercepted and tractored onto the Empress's ship. Empress Heath and her elite Imperial Guard dragged Valdez (yellow) out. The Marie got the Heath family back to Bajor and made sure they got home safe. All Imperial ships from 2412 then left for their own time and Empire after destroying the Towton. Back at Terra, Valdez (yellow) was questioned and when he saw the Empress walk past he spat at her and said "I'm not the only one who wants you gone, my allies will find you and your family then kill you all, take comfort in that because you're a dead woman walking."

Trianna walked into the room and just tapped her fingers on the desk near Valdez (yellow). "The Empress have given me permission to extract information on your allies by any means. You made her mad and that's not good for you" said Trianna smiling. "I should have wiped her entire people out, the Cardassians had the right idea what to do with Bajoran scum. They're nothing but dogs who need to be put down, my allies will make Bajor pay for this. I gave the Cardassians the information they needed on who to execute during their occupation of Bajor, they proved good minions until they proved incapable of dealing with those trash" said Valdez (yellow) gloating. "Your allies, where are they?" asked Trianna very coldly and very calmly. "No comment mongrel" answered Valdez (yellow) trying to provoke Trianna into attacking him.
"I have other ways of finding out, none of which are pleasant for you" replied Trianna as she called in her guards. "Soften his up, make sure he suffers" ordered Trianna. She left the room and went to speak with Heath. In Heath's office, she reported that Valdez (yellow) was being unco-operative and told Heath exactly what information Valdez (yellow) gave to the Cardassians in the prime universe for their occupation of Bajor. She also confirmed that Leeta was taking her orders from Valdez (yellow) and that he had orchestrated the Dominion War and the near genocide of Betazed.

Trianna walked into the holding area armed with a box, inside the box was a snake. "This is an Inland Taipan, it's venom is the most potent of any snake venom on Terra" said Trianna as she made sure her arms and hands were in protective gear. She then picked the snake up and press it's mouth against Valdez's (yellow) bare arms on a major artery. The snake struck repeatably before Trianna removed the animal and put it back in the box and closed. "By my reckoning, you have 35-45 minutes to live. The venom really causes some nasty side effects and the Empress is watching this" said Trianna. With the venom taking effect, Trianna started her telepathic interrogation and soon she had what she needed as Valdez (yellow) was gripped by severe abdominal pains and dizziness. Soon his renal organs failed and convulsed as the venom ran it's course. After 40 minutes of hell, Valdez (yellow) was dead.
Trianna then vaporized the body and left the room armed with the box. She returned the snake she had borrowed to her friend and said "thanks." "Not a problem Mrs Bray" answered the snake handler. In Heath's office the next morning, Trianna first got Ablim jnr settled in his buggy and gave Heath her report. "Well done, why use a snake?" asked Heath. "You saw the effects of it's venom, victims of Taipan bites without treatment die horribly" answered Trianna. "You also got the traitor's allies, tell Shade she'll be busy removing them" said Heath. "I've sent the signal, all traitors who harm innocents will be put to the Empress's justice" answered Trianna. "Good, you're little one is awake" replied Heath. "He's wondering who you are, he's smiling at you" answered Trianna. "Adorable" replied Heath smiling. "His name is Ablim, I named him after his late father" said Trianna smiling. "His father would be honored. Well, you and your comrades did an excellent job. My family is alive and well and the traitor is dead, take a few days off and tell your comrades that they have 72 hours off as a thank you for their heroics" replied Heath. "I've just sent the message to Dexter. He says thank you and sends his regards" answered Trianna. "You've all earned it, now make the best of it" replied Heath. "Ma'am" answered Trianna , she bowed and pushing the buggy out, she was walked to the shuttle by Isoisa. The shuttle arrived back at Bray Castle and the crew relaxed and assisted Trianna with Ablim jnr.

"Recently, someone tried to kill me and my family. This has only strengthened my resolve, the yellow empire Admiral Valdez turned traitor and gave the empire and the Bajoran people's enemies the means to hurt both. His allies are being hunted down as I speak and given the my justice" said Heath. "I thought he was killed when he took his own life in Federation custody" said Senator Bilestra. "He faked his own death and used my family as hostages to try and hurt me" answered Heath. "Where is he now?" asked Bilestra. "Executed by my justice using snake venom" answered Heath. "From the report, he made threats against Bajor" replied Jasmine Smith.
INN then aired with a breaking report, there had been an explosion at the Bajoran temple in Hathon. The orbs had been smashed to pieces and irreplaceable ancient texts incinerated, the temple had been totally destroyed. The senate were in shock as the reports flooded in, the scale of the tragedy was beginning to unfold as the casualty reports came in. "Cowards, whoever did this wants to make you suffer by hurting your people" said Bilestra to Heath. "How bad?" asked Heath. "3000 casualties of which we have at least 1800 dead including the entire Vedek Assembly" answered Jasmine. "They've also sent their demands, if the empress does not step down then another attack will take place and it will be more public" said Senator Iodokar. "A protomatter device was also stolen from the Tzenkethi, if they've got it then Bajor is in serious danger of being wiped out" said Jasmine still shocked at the attack.
"His allies are elusive, priority is to find whoever was behind this attack and prevent another. Our traitor had a back up contingency by the looks of it" said Heath. "Maybe taking your family hostage was a distraction to cover his plan, my contact in Imperial Intelligence has confirmed that a group calling themselves the Maquis claimed responsibility for the Bajor attack" replied Jasmine. "I want security increased Empires wide, I will not give into these traitor's demands and they will be held to account for their crimes. As of now the gloves are coming off, be ruthless with them" ordered Heath. "What if they are hiding among civilian populations?" asked Jasmine. "Then we find where their safe houses are and make pin point raids, any who don't surrender will be killed on the spot, I want their leaders alive" answered Heath. "I'll send the signal now" said Jasmine. Jasmine sent the signal to her intelligence contact who in turn passed it onto General Smith. "My brother and a small fleet have been dispatched to the Bajor sector as I speak" said Jasmine.
"As of now, the Maquis are public enemy number one, find them and eliminate them" ordered Heath containing her anger. "I've sent the order out" said Jasmine. "I'll prepare a speech to tell the people, meeting adjourned" said Heath.

General Smith and his teams landed, they were greeted by the Hathon city governor. “Governor Opek, what's the situation?” asked Smith. “We've sealed off the central plaza and city centre, our medical services are overstretched with the influx of casualties” answered Opek. “Doctor, prepare your medical teams and set up treatment stations ordered Smith. “On my way down” answered Mereu Smith. “Any witnesses?” asked Smith. “They're too scared to talk, they think if they assist us their families may be at risk” answered Opek. “I'll need to see the scene, nothing is to be touched until my investigative teams have finished their examination” replied Smith. “General, my militia will co-operate on this matter” answered Opek. “Excellent, have them man the perimeter and keep the public out” answered Smith.
Smith and his teams walked to the scene and what they saw shocked them. The Bajorans on his team were upset to the point of tears, this attack had ripped out the spiritual heart of the Bajoran people. “Whoever did this will be found, you'll have time to mourn later but now I need you to be professional” said Smith to his teams. “Sir” answered the Bajoran officers. Smith's teams went through the site very thoroughly in their search for evidence as Mereu's teams treated any injured and psychiatric casualties. “Treat those who we can save first, those too badly injured make them comfortable. Let's go” ordered Mereu. “Ma'am” answered her teams. At the temple rubble, a DNA sample was found. It was Terran and the sample was sent to the Marie for analysis. They found a match, it was a Tyler Grey. Grey had been known for his extremism towards non-Terrans but he had fled after the attack.
“Get this to Terra now, we have a name but we need a location” ordered Smith. “Sir” answered Cmdr. Petrofski. The evidence was then sent straight to Heath's desk by courier. “He can't have acted alone, I want a background check on him” ordered Smith. “General, several Terran officers also have fled the system after the attack” reported Opek. “Governor, we need eyewitnesses to what happened. All information will be treated as anonymous to protect their identities” replied Smith. “Sydulla to General Smith, we've detected no protomatter in this system” reported Lt. Sydulla. “Lt, I want that device found before it can be used” ordered Smith. “Sir” answered Sydulla. “Doctor Smith to General Smith, four more have just died from their injuries. We're saving those we can but it's becoming a losing battle here” reported Mereu. “Do your best, more medical staff are beaming to your location now” replied Smith.

"On a more optimistic note, embarkation day is tomorrow. Admiral's West and Solat will be heading out for the Gamma and Delta Quadrants respectively in the red. While Admiral's Heath from the red and McBrocken from the yellow will be departing in the yellow. The first task for each will be construction of communication arrays so they and their Allies can keep in touch as they venture further away. Even with the Advent of slipstream technology it may be years before we see them again. We salute our brave explorers and may the Prophets and your own personal beliefs watch over you all and bring you back to us safely."
There was unanimous applause for that.

"I've asked the two of you here to discuss something very important," the Empress started.
Jasmine looked around confused.
"The two of us ma'am?"
Shade faded in to view.
"I see. If she's here this is serious."
"It is. Thay, if you would."
She stepped forward and handed each of them a PADD.
"The data cores on these will self-destruct in ninety seconds," Thay explained. "Commit it to memory."
The faces of the two betrayed their thoughts as they read.
"By all that's..." Jasmine started then trailed off.
"Is... Is this accurate?" Shade asked.
"Yes," the Empress confirmed. "That planet has enough latnium to destroy the Ferengi economy several times over. And it has a mirror in the other universe."
"You could destroy governments with that much money," Shade commented.
"Which is why I want them under our control. I already have the red contained. But if word got out what's in these systems, you can imagine what would happen. I need you two to make that not happen. Convince any outside parties that comes in to this information that they shouldn't pass it along to anyone else. I would prefer if they didn't die or disappear. That could only raise more questions, but I defer to the experts in this situation."
The PADDs in their hands shorted out.
"Tell only those you trust implicitly. I leave the rest to you."
Both saluted.
"Yes ma'am."

Expeditionary Fleet Delta arrived via slipstream on the edges of what used to be Borg Space. "Flagship to fleet, work as one and travel as one" ordered Solat to the fleet. The Imperial Expedition had not gone unnoticed by the Kazon Sects, the wiser sects left after seeing the Imperial expedition with the Nistrim the only sect moving to intercept the Imperial expedition. Aboard Denorios, Captain Lwasana Pitaskli watched the sensor movements noting "it was too quiet." "Bring ship to yellow alert and prepare the fighter drones for launch" ordered Lwasana. "Ma'am" answered T'Pamne. "Lt Varek, I want weapons on hot standby in case we have to fight" ordered Lwasana. "Ma'am" answered Varek. "How's our engines doing?" asked Lwasana to Ibarid Pitaskli. "Federation engines, they are very good. We've also looked at the problem of the exploding console" answered Ibarid. "Are those surge protectors?" asked Lwasana. "A simple low tech solution, if a console starts to overload, the surge protector kicks in and cuts power to the console before it builds to dangerous levels" answered Ibarid. "Could we make these fleet wide?" asked Lwasana. "I've already sent Admiral Solat the schematics" answered Ibarid.

"Major, you're out of uniform" said Heath to Jasmine Smith. "Ma'am, it's intentional, wearing civilian clothing puts the other senators at ease a bit more" answered Jasmine. "Agreed, you held your ground in the viper's pit" replied Heath. "A lot of officers and senators won't like their toys being taken off them" answered Jasmine. "Your proposal has the support of both Betazed's and Terra red's" replied Heath. "It's a start" answered Jasmine. "Changing the empire's way of thinking won't happen overnight, change is a slow and gradual thing" replied Heath. "It takes a few good people to start change, the banning of all weapons of mass destruction is a start" answered Jasmine. "You do stand your ground" replied Heath smiling. "An Oxford debate can get very intense, to survive them you have to be good and able to stand your ground" answered Jasmine, Heath just smiled.
Terra (mu red)
"Dexter, you want to talk?" asked Trianna. "What about?" asked Dexter. "The war" answered Trianna. "You've not been the same since, we're all concerned" added Mereu. "Which one?" sighed Smith. "Borg, what happened?" asked Trianna. "I'd rather not talk about it" answered Smith. "Repressing it won't help, trust me I've been there" advised Trianna. "The Borg boarded the Warrior and transformed most of my crew into drones, I evacuated the survivors and led a small team to try and defend the ship. I had to abandon her and blow her up. I killed most of my own crew because there was no way to save them" said Smith. "You had no choice" replied Trianna. "Yet ignoring the signs, I fought that war to it's conclusion" answered Smith. "Saving not only the empire but also the whole galaxy" replied Mereu. "It's taken it's toll, what you need is rest and recovery. I've arranged a counselor for your treatment, she's really good with veterans" said Trianna. "Remember your orders from the empress, get better, you are going to take time off and get better" added Mereu. "I will do, for myself and my family" replied Smith.

Expedition Fleet Delta was in battle formation as they prepared for battle with the Nistrim. Admiral Solat was in a meeting with her captains, the plan was defensive in nature. The Imperials would form a pincer and wrap round the Nistrim attack force of 40 ships. After explaining her strategy, Solat put Jasmine in command of the escort carrier group and tasked her with providing fighter drone support to screen the main fleet as the cruisers formed up in the center with battle ships, dreadnought and escorts forming the wings. All the captains understood the brief and returned to their ships. The fleet formed up and waited for the Nistrim arrived. The Nistrim arrived only to be confronted by over 400 Imperial ships and soon faced swarms of fighter drones as they screened the Imperial fleet.
"Hail their lead ship" ordered Solat on the Agincourt, "This is Grand Admiral Solat of the Terran Empire, we are here on exploration. We will defend ourselves." "I am First Maje Culluh of the Kazon Nistrim, surrender your technology or we will take it by force" replied the Kazon leader. "This will not end well for you, back down and leave" answered Solat. "I will not be challenged by a woman" replied Culluh and the screen went blank. The Imperial fleet went to red alert and locked weapons on the Kazon. "Hail the Nistrim" ordered Solat, "you're through ma'am" answer the ops officer. "You have 400 ships all locked onto you, they will fire if they are ordered to or if they are fired on first" said Solat. "You're bluffing" answered Culluh. "Vulcans do not bluff" replied Solat. The Kazon ships charged weapons and fired, the Imperial shields easily dealt with the weapons fire before the Imperials opened fire and put their battleplan into action.
"Flanks, swing round and threaten their rear, center pin them in place" ordered Solat. "The fleet acknowledges" reported Solat's Betazoid first officer. The fleet moved as planned and soon they were on the verge of encircling the Nistrim as the fighter drones swarmed the Nistrim's ships. "Centre, push forward" ordered Solat, the centre of the Imperial lines moved forwards pushing the Nistrim into the pincers. Culluh had never faced a force so disciplined and well oiled as the Imperial fleet on the offensive and he was facing being trapped. Soon the battle was over with the capture of Culluh and the unconditional surrender of the Nistrim sect. The Kazon were left on a nearby moon with no technology and their ships destroyed, the other sects got the message quickly and soon surrendered and agreed to not challenge the Imperial fleet again. In a data burst to Terra via long range communication array, Solat reported the unconditional surrender of all Kazon sects to the empire.

Jasmine Smith and Shade go to work, their first target was the CEO of the Star map corporation, "Mr Xi, we know you have all the star charts and survey maps of the Empire. If you could just hand them all over and all copies, we could make it very beneficial for you" said Jasmine, "or make your life uncomfortable" she followed up with as a cloaked phaser was pointed at Xi's head by a cloaked Shade. "How would this benefit me?" asked Xi. "Cut the bull, your charts were illegally obtained. I have the legal power to confiscate them indefinitely" replied Jasmine, "or the empress finds out about your illegal business dealing and revokes your business permit." "You're bluffing, you cannot touch me" answered Xi. Shade saw Jasmine's signal and threw Xi off his chair and over his desk, Jasmine pointed her phaser at Xi's head and asked "that's the first warning, don't make me ask again. All your records now."
"You're crazy" replied Xi as a priceless Ming vase was pushed of it's stand and smashed on the floor. "Oops, my hand slipped" answered Jasmine, "what's this? it's all your financial records. It would be a shame if these were to go public, what would your friends in the criminal underground do to you if they were compromised?" asked Jasmine. "You win" answered Xi and he opened up all his records. "Thank you" said Jasmine as Shade covertly wiped Xi's computers with a virus. "Oh and keep your mouth shut, next time I may not be so kind" said Jasmine before she and Shade left the office leaving Xi in a puddle of his own urine. On the shuttle, Shade decloaked and smirked, "Mr Xi wet himself, what are we going to do about him?" she asked afterwards. "Put pressure on him, let's just say the empress will be reading these very closely" answered Jasmine as she boxed up all the records from Xi's computer.
"Good for us, bad for him" replied Shade smirking. "Indeed" answered Jasmine.

At the Valdez farm, the twins were wearing black as they brought out two candles. "What are the twins doingg?" asked Captain Dawson. "Today is a year to the day since Trianna's mother died, it's their way of remembering her" answered Valdez. "Dad you as well" requested the twins as Trianna (yellow) put a third candle onto the stand. Valdez walked over and all three of them lit a candle and put a force field around the edge of the stand. "I miss mom" said Trianna (prime). "I know" answered Valdez as he gave Trianna (prime) a hug. "Thanks dad, why did you drop everything and retire?" asked Trianna (prime). "Family is far more important" answered Valdez.
"Life lesson?" asked Trianna (prime). "You could call it that" answered Valdez. "They're awake, with Ablim away training pilots I may need some assistance" asked Trianna (prime). "Sis, I'll give you a hand" said Trianna (yellow). "Thanks" answered Trianna (prime) as both the twins went to sort the children out. "Joanna, I'm proud of them. They're also the reason I'm getting grey hairs" said Valdez smiling, "bringing up Trianna was challenging to say the least. She broke into my personal computer at age seven." "Highly intelligent, she must have figured it out" answered Dawson. "To this day, I have no idea how she did it" replied Valdez. "I was bored at the time" said Trianna (prime). "And the commandant's computer with nothing but a PADD?" asked Valdez. "Creative thinking, the commandant's reaction was priceless. I've never heard a Vulcan swear like that before" answered Trianna (prime) laughing. "I got a load of flak from Starfleet about that, it was either Trianna was expelled or she served her last year with me. She chose serving under me" said Valdez. "It saved my life. We lived on Vega colony at the time, mom was away on a business trip to Betazed when the Borg overran the colony" answered Trianna (prime). "A narrow escape" replied Dawson.

Let's pay them a visit” suggested Shade on the shuttle. “Doctor S'val, he's planning an expedition to that region of space” answered Jasmine reading the file. “Will he cooperate?” asked Shade. “Let's find out” answered Jasmine. The shuttle hovered while cloaked with Jasmine and Shade beaming down after activating her cloak. In S'Val's office they were greeted by the doctor himself. “Doctor, your expedition, I'm interested” said Jasmine. “What would the empire propose for my expedition?” asked Doctor S'Val. “That you cancel it” answered Jasmine.
“That is not a logical proposal, logic dictates you are after something” answered S'Val. “Logically, the empire has legal authority to seize your expedition ships and hold them for at least a year's inspection. After all using illegal star charts is an offence punishable by service in a penal battalion, so you have a choice. Hand over your ships and keep your mouth and mind shut or I arrest you on the spot for the possession of illegal star charts, your choice. Am I being logical enough for you?” asked Jasmine. “On what grounds?” asked S'Val. “Grounds of false documentation, illegal star charts and obstructing Imperial law. That clear enough?” asked Jasmine. “Crystal” answered S'Val. “Good, all computer records as well including any copies” replied Jasmine. Meanwhile Shade had already got into the computer remotely covertly and downloaded all information before wiping the computer with a virus. “Nice doing business” said Jasmine before she left the office with Shade and left for the shuttle.

"Major Smith, I was reading the Dominion War reports. One raid caught my attention, Denobula" said Heath. "That was our first great raid" answered Jasmine. "Using captured Jem Hadar attack ships, how does the Jem Hadar attack ship compare to our escorts?" asked Heath. "Their agility is excellent, easily on par with our current generation of escorts and armed to the teeth" answered Jasmine. "Who can up with the idea to add bomb bays?" asked Heath. "Dexter's" answered Jasmine. "It's load?" asked Heath. "Trianna worked out that problem, she went old school literally" answered Jasmine. "Be unpredictable" noted Heath smiling. "Dexter reasoned that by attacking enemy assets behind their lines, you could keep less enemy ships off the front lines" answered Jasmine.
"An excellent strategy. How is this possible? Flying 10 attack ships in formation at tree top height and all striking the target and going to warp in a planet's atmosphere" asked Heath. "We practiced and practiced until we got it spot on to the requirements" answered Jasmine, "we wanted to strike back because most of the crew all had loved ones trapped behind the lines." "It's a powerful incentive" replied Heath. "Agreed, crazy in their unique ways as well. Including a really dumbed down Admiral Leeta hologram. It's our crash test hologram" answered Jasmine. "Define crash test?" asked Heath. "Seeing if it's possible to fire a holographic torp to draw enemy fire. We accidentally fired Admiral Leeta out of the Brigand's fore photon launcher" answered Jasmine trying not to laugh.
"Have you got the visual log for that?" asked Heath. "This PADD ma'am" answered Jasmine handing Heath the PADD.

"From the reports, all crews that took part showed courage beyond the call of duty. The survivors will be honored, the Klingon Empire want to honor all the veterans of the Dominion and Borg wars in person and posthumously as fellow warriors" replied Heath. "I don't know what to say" answered Jasmine stunned. "The Klingons see the empire as being fellow warriors, you earned their respect" replied Heath smiling. "I've spoken with the survivors of the Dominion and Borg wars, they all feel that their struggles should be made public in light of the sacrifices we all made to ensure victory" answered Jasmine. "I'll see that INN broadcasts a soldier's view of the Dominion and Borg wars, I would also like your brother and the other veterans to talk about the wars to the peoples of the empires. Talking about it can be a great healer and the people need to made aware of the sacrifices our brave troops make to protect the empire" replied Heath. "Thank you ma'am, I'll speak to Dexter when I get home" answered Jasmine.
"How is he doing?" asked Heath. "He's doing better, he feels that he could have done more to save his crew that were lost" answered Jasmine. "He made the right call, by destroying his ship he saved Terra and made sure the empire formed as history intended it to" replied Heath. "He had no choice" answered Jasmine. "He did those crew who were assimilated a favor by blowing them up, their deaths were mercifully quick" replied Heath. "Agreed" answered Jasmine. "To business, your information control has been successful. Are you sure that none of the information got off Terra?" replied Heath. "100%, no trace of this information anywhere in the empire. The only information on that system is in your hands, we made sure all data was secured and their computers wiped thoroughly" answered Jasmine. "Major, excellent work. Senate meeting in one hour, I look forward to hearing your report on the Militia progress" replied Heath. "Ma'am" answered Jasmine, she then bowed and saluted beofre leaving the room.

“Ma'am” said Jasmine as she bowed to Heath. “Very neat and well organised office” replied Heath. “Everything has it's place, well ordered and efficient” answered Jasmine. “So if I asked what was stored in the computers on the left wall, you would know?” asked Heath. “Those are resource management, nothing gets past me without my knowledge” answered Jasmine. “And the computers on the right wall?” asked Heath. “Mission reports and unit rotations” answered Jasmine. “Precise and efficient” commented Heath. “My brother runs combat and training, my job is administration. Precise and efficient is all part of the job description” answered Jasmine.
“Any hobbies?” asked Heath. “I play a violin ma'am, have done since the age of five so I been playing 24 years” answered Jasmine. “Is music encouraged in your family?” asked Heath. “It is, my brother plays drums. That violin in the case has been with me 20 years, it was a 9th birthday present from my mother” answered Jasmine. “How proficient?” asked Heath. “Classically trained ma'am” answered Jasmine smiling. “What type of music? asked Heath. “Folk music mainly, I got tired of the classical composers” answered Jasmine. “Music brings people together, your people have tradition of music?” asked Heath. “Depends on part of British Isles you go to really, different regions have different traditions” answered Jasmine.
“Any sports?” asked Heath. “I play hockey” answered Jasmine. “Hockey?” asked Heath. “It's a team based sport, the idea is to get a small puck into the opposing team's goal. Trust in your team because often it is the difference between victory or defeat” answered Jasmine. “Does it get violent?” asked Heath. “Not usually though the men whimper at the thought of facing a team of women, we can be creative with the hockey sticks. The game we all had together, Mereu was medic and she patched up many a hockey stick inflicted injury” answered Jasmine. “Must have been a hard game” replied Heath. “You should have heard the moans afterwards, the men got destroyed in a one sided match” answered Jasmine laughing. Heath just smiled before answering “Miss Smith, what the empire needs is someone who understands people and accepts them for who they are.” “I've always understood, when you grow up with someone like my brother you learn to accept their faults” replied Jasmine.

Expedition fleet Delta entered orbit around the fifth planet in the system, leading the outer edge of the fleet was the Denorios. "Captain, Class M with a Terra type atmosphere" reported Lt. Cmdr Wilkinson. "Any life?" asked Captain Lwasana Pitaskli. "Varied types of fauna, wait there's a settlement on the northern continent" reported Wilkinson. "First contact protocols, send down a landing party with a platoon of soldiers" ordered Lwasana. "Ma'am" answered Wilkinson. Cmdr Ibarid Pitaskli led the party down and monitored the settlement. In orbit, Solat authorized the landing party to make contact with the inhabitants. The party entered the settlement with the soldiers forming a perimeter. "Strangers, you here to trade?" asked the settlement leader. "We're explorers from the Terran Empire, we wish to understand your culture" answered Ibarid.
"My name is Wrex, leader of this settlement. Why do you come armed?" asked Wrex. "For our security, what species are you?" asked Ibarid. "Talaxian, we're traders by nature" answered Wrex. "Greetings from the Terran empire" replied Ibarid. "Greetings from the Talaxian people" answered Wrex. "Well met" replied Ibarid shaking Wrex's hand. "You're new to this quadrant, what would you trade for star charts of this quadrant?" asked Wrex. "I would have to consult with my superiors on this" answered Ibarid. He then tapped his combadge and requested "permission to open negotiations for trade?" Solat asked "What do they wish to trade?" "Ma'am, star charts. We could provide them with supplies of food and medicine in exchange" answered Ibarid. "Authorized" replied Solat. "Your star charts for food and medicine?" asked Ibarid. "With the relocation to the new home world, any food and medical supplies would be very helpful" answered Wrex. "Sounds good though my people would have to look over the charts first to make sure" replied Ibarid. "Agreed" answered Wrex. Ibarid had his people examine the charts and they were genuine, "Pitaskli to Denorios, transport down the supplies" he ordered. The supplies landed and the exchange was done, "may both out people have a friendly future" said Wrex. "Good doing business" answered Ibarid.

Valdez answered a call, "Trianna, how are you today?" he asked. "I'm good though Ablim Jnr can be tiring at best of times" answered Trianna (red). "It gets harder the older they get, how old?" asked Valdez. "Three months" answered Trianna (red). "You look absolutely shattered, how much sleep are you getting?" asked Valdez. "Around three hours, me and my Isoisa take it in shifts" answered Trianna (red). "Me and my Teanna took it in shifts, my Trianna could never sleep for long at three months" replied Valdez. "Dad, did you ever get used to it?" asked Trianna (red). "Lack of sleep is something I was used to, must be from my MACO days I suppose" answered Valdez. "You going grey dad?" asked Trianna (red). "Your little sister is partially responsible for that one" answered Valdez smiling. "How is my baby sister doing?" asked Trianna (red). "She's heard you, she's trying to run me over with her walker again" answered Valdez as he picked Teanna Jane up.
"She's grown, she looks a lot like mom" replied Trianna (red) smiling. "She runs rings around me" answered Valdez right as Teanna Jane pulled on his beard. "Very well, my Trianna is brilliant around the little ones. Anna has gone professional on her kick boxing, she won the regional championships recently and well I'm proud of them both" answered Valdez. General Dexter Smith returned to duty after being cleared for field service, immediately he got to work on training the militia recruits when INN arrived. "General Dexter Smith?" asked the Trill reporter. "That's me well last I checked" joked Smith. "Have time for a interview about the benefits of be a militiaman?" asked the reporter. "Even better, you and your crew train with us for the day so you experience what all citizens must do by law" countered Smith. "Accepted" answered the reporter. "Good for starters, get your self measured for uniform. Uniform is mandatory" replied Smith. 15 minutes later, the reporter presented herself to Smith. "One of the most important things is physical fitness, we always make the assumption that a recruit is not fit enough to begin with so we get them fit and healthy. Time is 0630, morning run with a distance of six kilometers is always a nice way of warming up" said Smith, "Lt Petrofski, I want the recruits lined up in their PT gear. We're running Currahee" ordered Smith.
Petrofski gathered the recruits and organised them into squads, "Right, I want to see sweat and tears. Some of you look like you've never faced a serious physical exam before, most of you have only just graduated high school so be prepared for pain because fitness may save your lives" said Petrofki. "Sir" chorused the recruits. The recruits were run up and down Currahee mountain three times. Those who ran ahead and refused to help their team were ordered to run the whole course again. Those who worked as a unit were given thirty minutes to catch their breath and have a drink of water. The one ordered to rerun the course eventually got the message, a unit must work as one. Back at base after they got cleaned up and changed, the recruits were sat down in order rows. "Nutrition is a vital element, if you eat poorly, your body suffers. On average, males must have 2000 calories a day, females 1500 calories just for their bodies to function at peak efficiency" said Mereu Smith to the reporter. After breakfast, the recruits were drilled. "Self discipline is vital as is unit discipline, Lt Paris will be teaching drill" said Smith to the reporter before she joined the session.
The recruits were drilled for an hour, any misstep and the whole process was started again until everyone got it right. Next up was PT, Smith's NCOs put everyone through their paces. After an hour break for lunch, the recruits were back on cross country running. Those who could not cope were weeded out and transferred to civilian service, the ones who made the cut were given the rest of the day off. "General, are the first two weeks purely PT and drill?" asked the reporter. "They are, they're with us for six weeks. First we get them fit and healthy then we introduce drill to bring discipline, no one is exempt unless they have cultural or religious objections" answered Smith. "What's the incentive?" asked the reporter. "For Home, For Family, For Empire" answered Smith. "A worthy cause, this is Tebrian Wrell, reporting for INN" replied the reporter. Once the cameras stopped rolling, Smith was on point, "not bad but you could do better on fitness." "INN are doing a documentary on the Dominion War, would you and your veterans want to tell the people how tough it was?" asked the reporter. "We'll grant you the interview but make sure everything accurate on the details, my troops want the people to know the true horrors of what they faced during the war" answered Smith.
After interviewing the war veterans, the reporter and her crew left. A week later, it aired and the troops clapped, some even shed a tear when the names of the fallen appeared. Trianna (red) was quiet but deep down she was pleased that her late imzadi was remembered.

The combined Imperial and Voth Fleet arrived outside the Kobali system. "Flagship to all vessels, raise shields and do not fire unless fired on first" ordered Solat from the bridge of the Agincourt. The fleet acknowledged and took a defensive stance, the Kobali fleet arrived and took up position putting themselves between the Allied fleet and Kobali Prime. For hours, both sides stared each other down before Solat decided to hail them. "This is Admiral Solat of the Terran Empire, it's time our peoples ended the war with each other" offered Solat to the Kobali. "Our people have also suffered with our war with your empire, if we stand down, would your empire consider a ceasefire then talks on our peace proposal?" asked the Kobali leader.
"Considered, we'll power weapons down but keep our shields raised" answered Solat. "All forces stand down" ordered the Kobali leader. "All ships, power down weapons" ordered Solat. Both sides powered down weapons and the talks began. Since the war with the empire had weakened the Kobali so much, they signed a surrender and the Kobali joined the empire. They now had to look at their ways, under Imperial guidance they decided that they would ask permission first before they converted the dead. With Kobali conflict over, the expedition commenced talks with the the Benthans. The Benthans were open to the idea of joining an empire that enforced law and order, they joined on the condition that they be allowed to police the Delta quadrant in the empire's name. Solat agreed and the treaty was signed.
"Send word to Terra, the Kobali have surrendered to the empire and joined us. The Benthans have also signed a treaty of membership on the condition they police the Delta Quadrant in the empire's name" ordered Solat. The signal was sent by data burst back to Terra. It arrived on Heath's desk by courier.

“News from the Delta Quadrant, the Kobali surrendered at 0730 Terran time this morning. The Benthans have also signed a treaty of membership into the Empire” said Heath. The senate clapped in approval, “We now have access to building the Samsar class battleship so they'll be built at Imperium Planetia and upgraded with slipstream drives” finished Heath. “I don't know how the people will deal these ships” said Jasmine Smith. “You faced them during the war, what's your view on them?” asked Heath to Jasmine. “Very tough to take down, it would take five of our ships just to take one Samsar down. It's like our ships were like ancient Sherman medium tanks against an ancient Tiger tank, it would take the loss of four ships just to get the surviving ship into kill shot position, that's if we were lucky. That toughness combined with heavy fire power makes the Samsar more than match for our current generation of ships” answered Jasmine as the Dominion War reports on the Samsar were passed around the senators.

General Smith was looking over the designs for the post war generation of warships, using input from combat veterans Imperial engineers had been building a new class of assault cruiser to slowly replace the venerable Sovereign class assault cruisers. So far, two of the new Empress Class assault cruisers were finished, one being built at Betazed and the other at Terra. These designs were different, no exposed bridge and heavy hull armor along with enhanced unimatrix shielding designed to adapt to particle weapons and torpedo fire. Engines had also been upgraded with slipstream technology along with warp and transwarp. Weapons consisted of 10 type 14 phaser arrays, transphasic and quantum torpedoes. Phaser and photon point defense systems were also installed along with a computer system designed by Trianna (red).
At Betazed, Regent Lot launched the I.S.S. Papela and appointed Captain Iodokar (red) as her captain. Jodi was joined by the Cutlass survivors before the I.S.S. Papela began her shakedown cruise. At Terra, Trianna launched the second ship, the I.S.S. Teanna. Her crew were all volunteers from Terra, Vulcan, Trill and Bajor, the I.S.S. Teanna was just missing a captain and first officer. Trianna wanted to captain the I.S.S. Teanna though she would have to pass Heath's training course first to get the captain's chevrons. While she was on leave, Trianna had been studying the theory with help from her comrades. She could not be the arrogant know it all who let her temper get the better of her anymore, in fact Trianna had calmed down. In a call to the Empress, Trianna requested that once her leave was up, she wanted to command the ship named after her mother.
At the senate later that day, Jasmine passed round the fleet reports for internal security and fleet modernization. The empress and the senators all studied the plans of the Empress Class for themselves and asked how many were in service. Jasmine told them that two prototypes had just been launched for their shakedown tests. The senate were also informed that the Samsars were now in full production, the senate approved the fleet modernization program. The Empress sat and listened to Jasmine's brief before asking her questions. Jasmine answered all of Heath's questions with clarity. Heath smiled when Jasmine quoted “Si Vis Pacem, Para Bellum .” Jasmine then translated it into “If you want peace, prepare for war.”

The I.S.S. Towton had reappeared in Imperial space, aboard the temporal dreadnought a tall figure walked onto the command deck and smiled as he ordered a temporal jump into Federation space, year 2411 after sending a warning to the Empress to watch her back, it was Admiral Valdez (yellow) and he wanted vengeance on Admiral Heath Thay for costing him victory at the Battle of Antares. "Set course for Antares and send the signal to our friends, have them meet us at these co-ordinates" he ordered. "She'll fight" replied his XO. "I know, I'm counting on it. We're going to change history by well hitting that Bajoran pig in her weak spot. She won't fight if her family are used as living shields" answered Valdez (yellow) smiling at the thought of hurting Heath.
"What of her crew?" asked his XO. "We'll make her watch as we execute her crew after we really hurt them first. She'll have failed her crew then she'll die slowly. Once we remove Layress, Thay is next and she will suffer all the consequences of cheating me out of my victory" answered Valdez (yellow). "What about the Empire?" asked his XO. "It will be a Terran Empire for Terrans only, all other races will be expelled or enslaved. Those who resist will be wiped out, the Empress will know failure and tragedy. In fact set a course for Bajor" replied Valdez (yellow). "As you command" answered his XO. The Towton appeared over Bajor and beamed up the entire Heath family and then set course for Antares just as his younger self re-entered the Empire from his raid on Sol. "News from the Empire, your counterpart's crew have just been executed, only two survive and they are hostages" said his XO.
"Good, we've arrived at the correct time, now we wait for TF 113 to arrive. Captain Heath Layress is about to have a very bad week" replied Valdez (yellow).
Terra, 2412 (MU red)
"Maam, we have a problem" said Trianna (red) to the Empress. "Which one is it?" asked Heath. "It's the yellow Empire Admiral Valdez, he's got your prime timeline family hostage. His demands are that you hand yourself and your little ones to his executioners, he wants you and Thay and your bloodline dead. He blames you two for his defeat and wants vengeance whatever the cost" answered Trianna (red).

"I watched my crew die around me because of him and now he threaten my family. He should have stayed dead. But thank him for coming back. Now I can deal with him like I did the other one. Tell shade she may act as she will. prep the Los Lobos for launch."
"Boss, scramble Battle Fleet Omega and prepare for temporal incursion" said Trianna. "What's happened?" asked Smith. "My evil father is back and he's got hostages" answered Trianna. "Who?" asked Smith. "The Empress's' family and he intends to execute them to hurt her" answered Trianna. "Thanks for the heads up" replied Smith. "I have to remain here, look after Isoisa" answered Trianna. "I will" replied Smith. Smith then commandeered the I.S.S. Marie and took the royal fleet and Battle Fleet Omega and made the incursion. In a meeting with his officers, Smith was straight forward to his officers, "a coward is using innocents as hostages, our job is to first rescue them and then deal with this traitor. We'll have full support from the throne on this so we cannot fail."
"How dangerous is this traitor?" asked Commander Petrofski. "Several counts of genocide, use of weapons of mass destruction and tactically very dangerous so we have to be able to out think him" answered Smith. "We're with you, this traitor cannot be allowed to live any longer" answered Lt. Cmdr Tommen Paris. "Put me fleet wide" ordered Smith. "Boss, you're on" replied Petrofski. "This is the general, all of you volunteered for a better future. A madman threatens that future, we cannot allow this to happen, you are the bravest and toughest the empire has to offer, we've faced down the Dominion, Kobali and Borg and yet we still stand. We may face the prospect of destroying Imperial ships but we must not hesitate, taking down this madman comes first. Our first goal is to rescue some innocents being held as hostages, I'll lead that team. I want volunteers only, this could be dangerous. For the empire for the people and for our homes, General Smith out." said Smith in his speech.
The combined royal and Omega fleet were joined by shadow ships as they made the incursion.
Antares System, 2411 (prime)
The fleet arrived as planned and hailed TF 113. "Captain Heath Layress, someone is trying to hurt you. I'm sending you the details, our boss wants to speak to you" said Smith over a audio channel. "All ships, engage your cloaks and watch for a chroniton signature, our traitor may be close by" Smith said afterwards. "Movement through the rift, we have 600 ships coming through" reported Tommen. "We've also detected a chroniton signature near the planet" reported Lt Sydulla. "That's our traitor, prepare boarding teams and bring that ship out of cloak" ordered Smith. "Tachyon shock wave away, target decloaking" reported Sydulla. "Boarding teams, let's go" ordered Smith. The boarding teams boarded Towton and made their way to the holding cells. "We've found them, attaching microtransporters now" reported Petrofski. Smith and his team after sabotaging the temporal core and engines beamed back to the Marie along with the freed hostages.
"Omega to She-Wolf, your family is safe and being treated in our sickbay. Traitor cannot run, he's stranded here" reported Smith via subspace to Heath.

"Execute who was in charge of watching the prisoners, we've lost our leverage" ordered Valdez (yellow) as news got to the bridge. The officer in the brig was immediately killed. "We were sabotaged as well, we cannot jump or go to warp" reported his XO. "So we fight, target the U.S.S. Los Lobos and bring her ventral shields down, we're going to pay Captain Heath a visit" ordered Valdez (yellow). "With pleasure" reported his XO. The Towton decloaked and set course for the station as the 2411 Imperial fleet closed the net around TF 113. Smith spotted the move then intercepted putting his ship between the Los Lobos and the Towton.
Meanwhile, Resurrection was hit and her wards vented. Before she could be finished off, the I.S.S. Hydra put herself in harms way and took the second shot aimed at Resurrection. Resurrection lay crippled but still able to retreat on thrusters as the Hydra covered her retreat, meanwhile, boarding parties beamed aboard Los Lobos and moved on the bridge. Smith's MACOs beamed over after them and blocked the traitors from getting to the bridge as other teams defended the battle bridge and main engineering, other teams covered Doctor Lot's evacuation of the sickbay. Smith had put a spanner in the works and sabotaged the traitor's plans. Valdez (yellow) was furious that someone had come to stop his revenge as his younger self's fleets were eventually beaten by Fleet Admiral Sito. "Whoever you are, I commend you on your audacity, join me and we can make the Empire a force to be reckoned with" said Valdez over all channels. "Rather not, I know who I serve and she is a better person than you'll ever be traitor" answered Smith over a audio channel.
"You must be the saboteurs, I'll find out who you are and I will make you pay for your misplaced loyalty" replied Valdez. "My boss is here, goodbye" answered Smith. "General, I want this traitor captured alive" ordered Empress Heath over a secure channel. "Consider it done" answered Smith as his MACOs were readied for another boarding action. They beamed over and stormed the bridge capturing all the traitors on the bridge of the Towton. Valdez (yellow) tried to escape but his shuttle was intercepted and tractored onto the Empress's ship. Empress Heath and her elite Imperial Guard dragged Valdez (yellow) out. The Marie got the Heath family back to Bajor and made sure they got home safe. All Imperial ships from 2412 then left for their own time and Empire after destroying the Towton. Back at Terra, Valdez (yellow) was questioned and when he saw the Empress walk past he spat at her and said "I'm not the only one who wants you gone, my allies will find you and your family then kill you all, take comfort in that because you're a dead woman walking."

"All ships. This is the Empress. Target that ship and kill everything on it. If something escapes from that ship, track it, hunt it, kill it."
On the screen the fleet began pounding the ship.
"No speeches, no final words. Back to the ashes that your kind craves. May the Pah Wraiths feast on you forever."
You do not want to be on this woman's bad side
Trianna walked into the room and just tapped her fingers on the desk near Valdez (yellow). "The Empress have given me permission to extract information on your allies by any means. You made her mad and that's not good for you" said Trianna smiling. "I should have wiped her entire people out, the Cardassians had the right idea what to do with Bajoran scum. They're nothing but dogs who need to be put down, my allies will make Bajor pay for this. I gave the Cardassians the information they needed on who to execute during their occupation of Bajor, they proved good minions until they proved incapable of dealing with those trash" said Valdez (yellow) gloating. "Your allies, where are they?" asked Trianna very coldly and very calmly. "No comment mongrel" answered Valdez (yellow) trying to provoke Trianna into attacking him.
"I have other ways of finding out, none of which are pleasant for you" replied Trianna as she called in her guards. "Soften his up, make sure he suffers" ordered Trianna. She left the room and went to speak with Heath. In Heath's office, she reported that Valdez (yellow) was being unco-operative and told Heath exactly what information Valdez (yellow) gave to the Cardassians in the prime universe for their occupation of Bajor. She also confirmed that Leeta was taking her orders from Valdez (yellow) and that he had orchestrated the Dominion War and the near genocide of Betazed.

Trianna walked into the holding area armed with a box, inside the box was a snake. "This is an Inland Taipan, it's venom is the most potent of any snake venom on Terra" said Trianna as she made sure her arms and hands were in protective gear. She then picked the snake up and press it's mouth against Valdez's (yellow) bare arms on a major artery. The snake struck repeatably before Trianna removed the animal and put it back in the box and closed. "By my reckoning, you have 35-45 minutes to live. The venom really causes some nasty side effects and the Empress is watching this" said Trianna. With the venom taking effect, Trianna started her telepathic interrogation and soon she had what she needed as Valdez (yellow) was gripped by severe abdominal pains and dizziness. Soon his renal organs failed and convulsed as the venom ran it's course. After 40 minutes of hell, Valdez (yellow) was dead.
Trianna then vaporized the body and left the room armed with the box. She returned the snake she had borrowed to her friend and said "thanks." "Not a problem Mrs Bray" answered the snake handler. In Heath's office the next morning, Trianna first got Ablim jnr settled in his buggy and gave Heath her report. "Well done, why use a snake?" asked Heath. "You saw the effects of it's venom, victims of Taipan bites without treatment die horribly" answered Trianna. "You also got the traitor's allies, tell Shade she'll be busy removing them" said Heath. "I've sent the signal, all traitors who harm innocents will be put to the Empress's justice" answered Trianna. "Good, you're little one is awake" replied Heath. "He's wondering who you are, he's smiling at you" answered Trianna. "Adorable" replied Heath smiling. "His name is Ablim, I named him after his late father" said Trianna smiling. "His father would be honored. Well, you and your comrades did an excellent job. My family is alive and well and the traitor is dead, take a few days off and tell your comrades that they have 72 hours off as a thank you for their heroics" replied Heath. "I've just sent the message to Dexter. He says thank you and sends his regards" answered Trianna. "You've all earned it, now make the best of it" replied Heath. "Ma'am" answered Trianna , she bowed and pushing the buggy out, she was walked to the shuttle by Isoisa. The shuttle arrived back at Bray Castle and the crew relaxed and assisted Trianna with Ablim jnr.

"Only mad men and fools think that they can use time as a weapon," the Empress sighed. "Now I have to clean up his mess. We have to undo all of his meddling. Fortunately most of it took place before we were born so we don't have to worry about anomalies."
"Their temporal investigation won't like us being over there," Thay countered. "And they still want to get rid of you. They just may let them kill your family back then to erase you."
"And erase the President's wife as well? I don't think so."
"So what do we do?"
"Tell them what happened. And by them I mean Michael and my other self. They will put things right."
"I hope you're right."

"Recently, someone tried to kill me and my family. This has only strengthened my resolve, the yellow empire Admiral Valdez turned traitor and gave the empire and the Bajoran people's enemies the means to hurt both. His allies are being hunted down as I speak and given the my justice" said Heath. "I thought he was killed when he took his own life in Federation custody" said Senator Bilestra. "He faked his own death and used my family as hostages to try and hurt me" answered Heath. "Where is he now?" asked Bilestra. "Executed by my justice using snake venom" answered Heath. "From the report, he made threats against Bajor" replied Jasmine Smith.
INN then aired with a breaking report, there had been an explosion at the Bajoran temple in Hathon. The orbs had been smashed to pieces and irreplaceable ancient texts incinerated, the temple had been totally destroyed. The senate were in shock as the reports flooded in, the scale of the tragedy was beginning to unfold as the casualty reports came in. "Cowards, whoever did this wants to make you suffer by hurting your people" said Bilestra to Heath. "How bad?" asked Heath. "3000 casualties of which we have at least 1800 dead including the entire Vedek Assembly" answered Jasmine. "They've also sent their demands, if the empress does not step down then another attack will take place and it will be more public" said Senator Iodokar. "A protomatter device was also stolen from the Tzenkethi, if they've got it then Bajor is in serious danger of being wiped out" said Jasmine still shocked at the attack.
"His allies are elusive, priority is to find whoever was behind this attack and prevent another. Our traitor had a back up contingency by the looks of it" said Heath. "Maybe taking your family hostage was a distraction to cover his plan, my contact in Imperial Intelligence has confirmed that a group calling themselves the Maquis claimed responsibility for the Bajor attack" replied Jasmine. "I want security increased Empires wide, I will not give into these traitor's demands and they will be held to account for their crimes. As of now the gloves are coming off, be ruthless with them" ordered Heath. "What if they are hiding among civilian populations?" asked Jasmine. "Then we find where their safe houses are and make pin point raids, any who don't surrender will be killed on the spot, I want their leaders alive" answered Heath. "I'll send the signal now" said Jasmine. Jasmine sent the signal to her intelligence contact who in turn passed it onto General Smith. "My brother and a small fleet have been dispatched to the Bajor sector as I speak" said Jasmine.
"As of now, the Maquis are public enemy number one, find them and eliminate them" ordered Heath containing her anger. "I've sent the order out" said Jasmine. "I'll prepare a speech to tell the people, meeting adjourned" said Heath.

General Smith and his teams landed, they were greeted by the Hathon city governor. “Governor Opek, what's the situation?” asked Smith. “We've sealed off the central plaza and city centre, our medical services are overstretched with the influx of casualties” answered Opek. “Doctor, prepare your medical teams and set up treatment stations ordered Smith. “On my way down” answered Mereu Smith. “Any witnesses?” asked Smith. “They're too scared to talk, they think if they assist us their families may be at risk” answered Opek. “I'll need to see the scene, nothing is to be touched until my investigative teams have finished their examination” replied Smith. “General, my militia will co-operate on this matter” answered Opek. “Excellent, have them man the perimeter and keep the public out” answered Smith.
Smith and his teams walked to the scene and what they saw shocked them. The Bajorans on his team were upset to the point of tears, this attack had ripped out the spiritual heart of the Bajoran people. “Whoever did this will be found, you'll have time to mourn later but now I need you to be professional” said Smith to his teams. “Sir” answered the Bajoran officers. Smith's teams went through the site very thoroughly in their search for evidence as Mereu's teams treated any injured and psychiatric casualties. “Treat those who we can save first, those too badly injured make them comfortable. Let's go” ordered Mereu. “Ma'am” answered her teams. At the temple rubble, a DNA sample was found. It was Terran and the sample was sent to the Marie for analysis. They found a match, it was a Tyler Grey. Grey had been known for his extremism towards non-Terrans but he had fled after the attack.
“Get this to Terra now, we have a name but we need a location” ordered Smith. “Sir” answered Cmdr. Petrofski. The evidence was then sent straight to Heath's desk by courier. “He can't have acted alone, I want a background check on him” ordered Smith. “General, several Terran officers also have fled the system after the attack” reported Opek. “Governor, we need eyewitnesses to what happened. All information will be treated as anonymous to protect their identities” replied Smith. “Sydulla to General Smith, we've detected no protomatter in this system” reported Lt. Sydulla. “Lt, I want that device found before it can be used” ordered Smith. “Sir” answered Sydulla. “Doctor Smith to General Smith, four more have just died from their injuries. We're saving those we can but it's becoming a losing battle here” reported Mereu. “Do your best, more medical staff are beaming to your location now” replied Smith.
