Leaving TOS Map

BUG: I was able to leave the TOS maps with my TOS toon.
Using the Hearts and Minds Event in the Calendar, I transwarped into regular sector space with my TOS toon.
Exactly what I did:
1- Opened the Missions Window (Hit J)
2- Clicked the Calendar Button
3- Clicked the Hearts and Minds event
4- Clicked Transwarp
5- Once there, all planetary systems I tried were inaccessible, and there are no Transwarp options to get back to TOS Space.
I do not remember if I was in TOS Sector Space or on TOS ESD when I did this.
